A tracking number only trackable on your site is garbage. If no Carrier claims it it's fake.

I was sceptical and worried after reading all of the reviews. I had an order from China and funny delayed updates and was sure I was going to get the delivered message with nothing there. Then my package arrived! It is a shame so many scammers use this service but it is not fake. Glad I held off on reporting my supplier as a scammer too! My order was super fast too, (7-8 days) and I couldn't find any of the tracking information on any other courier site.

Nothing wrong with the information they provided me, but I know I have been scammed and will never receive the goods. I went into a dodgy link on FB marketplace and bought exercise equipment too cheaply (yes I know). The FB marketplace used the logo of LIDL with an unrelated but slightly similar URL (yes I know) and when I went through the payment processing query system it brought me to two companies which had nothing at all to do with the orders I put through. So there is a scam and bogus information is given to everyone else involved. I also have no idea why the original scammers want me to be reassured for a while? Is it to delay trying to stop the transactions? Sorry not waiting.

To be clear 17Track had nothing to do with the original scam and its not their fault if (when) I don't get the products but why get involved in this sort of thing? What are their vetting procedures? If I say I am a vendor and I have sent a submarine and a fleet of frigates to Kim Jong Un will they give him a tracking number?

But please do not misunderstand us as a delivery company or seller, since we do not get involved in any of shipping or selling. What do we do? 17TRACK has made integration with 1,900+ couriers around the globe, in order to make tracking much more effective and time-saving. Gernerally, several different couriers will participate in an overseas transportation, and it will take quite a long time to look for tracking details in different couriers' websites back and forth. With our extensive integration with couriers home and abroad, users can have a quick and easy track with one click only. How do we work? Our website/app works on a logic of matching a tracking number to a certain courier and capture tracking details from the courier's webstie, which means we are a tracking info conveyer only, working as a tracking info-transmissioner in the logistics chain, instead of a tracking info generator or provider. My order arrived from China

I was sceptical and worried after reading all of the reviews. I had an order from China and funny delayed updates and was sure I was going to get the delivered message with nothing there. Then my package arrived! It is a shame so many scammers use this service but it is not fake. Glad I held off on reporting my supplier as a scammer too! I don't know how this business makes money, since they track nonexistent products

Nothing wrong with the information they provided me, but I know I have been scammed and will never receive the goods. I went into a dodgy link on FB marketplace and bought exercise equipment too cheaply (yes I know). If you want to get the shipping info, please provide us with your tracking number (not the order number) and we will check for you.

As far as I know, a tracking number is created and offered by shipping couriers, and they will send it to the sender. If you bought items online, the seller will be the package sender.

If you don't have a tracking number, please contact the package sender to get one.

Scammy fraud…

I dont know how a company like this is allowed to run. I dont get it personally. On average less than 2 stars is abysmal. If I can order glasses from china TWICE and said tracking website gives me sooner than later a link to the carrier and delivery updates BOTH TIMES. So should you guys. But YOU rubbish people will say parcel currently being delivered on 8th of January and then say on the 11th its been delivered. Lots of inbetween tracking info that you would expect is missing??Im so sorry but those are wack and fake updates. Up until the 8th it was saying transit?? There shouldnt be any excuses about you not harboring any accountability for the fact that more than 90% of people aren't satisfied with the way you run things. Saying delivered when you know it's not been delivered is a pisstake. Youre insulting people's intelligence by operating like this and gaslighting. You're lucky you're not a western company, you would have been investigated by now. Nonsense

Package Not Delivered As They Say

My email says the package was delivered on Jan 10/25 with their time, but was not because I have an outside camera, that lets me know when there is someone at the front door with time stamp and 17track did not deliver anything, because I can go back and view the camera! It started delivery on the 6th of Jan and says it was delivered on the 10th of Jan. Supposedly it took 5 days to be delivered. SCAM!!

Deliver to wrong address

My order says delivered even though it had my current address I was in due to not being well I was very suspired to see that it had been delivered £349.00 order lost I understand the drivers can read English correctly why delivery my order to a wrong address either that or the driver has stollen it I await with interest to see what happens and the out come it has been reported to the police and Trading Standards

My parcel status says "delivered" on January 10, 2025, but I didn’t receive it. I waited all day, checked everywhere, and confirmed the address was correct. The status updated on January 11 saying it was delivered on the 10th, but the parcel is missing and wasn’t delivered as claimed.
