Placed an order with additional Fast…
Placed an order with additional Fast track 6 days ago and still have not received my order. I was told I would receive it 2 days after order, it says on tracking it is dispatched. The money was taken day 1, contacted customer service 2 days in a row, they have said twice they will chase order but I have not been contacted. Very disappointed as they have decent reviews

Well entering into week 3 next week and…
Well entering into week 3 next week and I still have only 50% of my blinds and wasted 9 working days in waiting for deliveries from the worst delivery company called DX. Half my blinds were returned to the sender this week by DX I guess they must have been damaged as this fiasco has been going on since the 7th of Jan that was the original delivery date. Blinds 24/7 gave me a 20% refund and a promise that I would get the remaining blinds today. Guess what no delivery. Think twice about using them as they will not refund all my blinds as they say its a bespoke order. Not much use having 4 of my 8 blinds so held to ransom. I would say don't order from then unless you want the stress and hassle 20% refund just isn't worth it.

Not impressed with 24/7
I placed an order at the end of December and received an estimated delivery date, which has now passed. Despite multiple attempts to contact your phone line, I was unable to reach anyone. I also left a voicemail but have not received a callback.
I attempted to track my order via your website but could not find an updated delivery date. When initially placing the order, the transaction failed with my credit card, so I had to use a debit card.
Additionally, I noticed your website does not provide a direct email address, only an online form.
This raises so many red flag that I am now concerned that I may have lost 85GPB
