However, the warehouse dropped the ball when it came to holding the item until the date requested. After requesting that the company deal with it because it was their internal error, the warehouse manager still pushed it back to me to call the shipper to stop delivery and make arrangements. It really added an hour to my day that I didn’t have and it still went early anyways.

Their representative Jake is courteous and excellent communicating all the important details related to our order. We had a problem with the quality of the engraving of 2 out of 7 awards. Even though we were less than 2 weeks from the event, they replaced the awards in a timely manner and expedited the shipping so we could received them before the event date. Very professional.
