Well - after 3 attempts to rectify the Smart shower problems we were having, we finally gave up and decided to go back to the old fashioned button! We met David this time and couldn't be happier with the service and goods! He was efficient and more importantly super friendly and helpful. He set us up with the app and ensured everything was working before he left. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We always find the support and expertise from Aqualisa superb. Our shower is over 20 years old but remains a quality product. The support we receive in maintaining it instead of having to replace it is excellent. Josh Lauder this morning again provided the support we needed and have come to expect from Aqualisa.
Dave B replaced our Aqualisa digital shower earlier this week. He did a good job was very efficient and friendly and was I and out in about 45 minutes. Plus he left me his number in case of any problems. The shower he replaced was also an Aqualisa, but was around 15 years old and we were very pleased with that so didn’t even think about going with another make as always pleased with the Aqualisa.

Great service but a security risk?
The wait to get answered was a little excessive at around 10 minutes but once through to Dan and Mason (two different calls ) the service was excellent. Very clear and concise with no need to repeat details between the two representatives.
I was however very surprised that Aqualisa Require callers to read out credit/debit card details over the telephone. I thought all companies now used either the scan by your mobile or entering the details remotely. This appears to be a security weakness.

Friendly advice
We rang to get advice on our Aqualisa Shower as it was playing up. After a chat with Josh, we decided to have a whole new upgrade..
Josh wasn’t pushy he was just informative which made our decision more easier.

Non existent Warranty service…
Shower bought on 5 year warranty but you cant get any service from the phoneline to put faults right. Dont fall for the 5 year warranty

Courteous and efficient
My experience when booking a repair for my shower was just as hoped. Mason dealt with my inexpert description of the issue and the part required was soon identified. His approach was both courteous and efficient. The fitter arrived 5 days later.

We developed a faulty with our Aqulisa…
We developed a faulty with our Aqulisa Visage shower. Contacted Aquilas, could not get through but they did call
Me back the same day. They arranged an engineer to come out. He arrived today, Dave B F266. Very polite and friendly, great communication. He promptly assessed the faulty and replaced the parts under warranty. Extremely please we paid for a great brand. Keep up the good quality and customer service. I will be recommending your product.
