While there was a slight shipping delay due to a warehouse move, the package was shipped in a reasonable time frame. I got exactly what I ordered and they shipped using my preferred carrier. Excellent customer service and great prices on Milwaukee. Best I could find in Canada.

they asked extra money for the shipping…

They asked extra money (not much) for the shipping after the order was placed, This is a strange procedure, and they take time to do a correct invoice for my company.
Wrong documentation for the customs that means extra cost of other 20% on myself like a person not a company,
Edit after the answer below:
The customs says the opposit, they ask for my personal data becasue one info was missing (too late to solve the Issue).
I suggest to improve the process asking all the information and accept customer's request with less esitance. Thanks for the replay here and on the emails.

Spent approximately $4000 in the last couple of months with you. I didn’t even know you existed until two months ago. I would say my experience has been OK. Definitely some confusion on products I’ve purchased especially with availability and delivery. I will continue to shop at your store, thank you.

Still no news, will I receive my merchandise.

Ordered two different orders

Ordered two different orders, took almost two weeks to get here. My second order arrived before my first order. So I had wait almost a month for my speed square I paid 400$ for and when it arrived it had a huge dent on the corner of it fresh ut of the box. So now I'm dealing with customer service which is going on almost another two weeks. One of the worst online shopping experiences ever. I should of just ordered from Martinez directly like I did when I bought my hammer!! This place is a joke.

The delivery was fast and efficient

The delivery was fast and efficient. The tracking was good. More info would have been nice, but still OK. The box arrived in great shape. The items were perfect but the blade of the mini-saw was just too short (as it was a gift) but would have been great for me (but I wouldn't use it that much). Great product and everything was perfectly packed. I'll order again. Thank you.

My small order took 2 weeks to receive and even though I paid for shipping still had to go to post office to pick up my stuff. Spoke to rep who said they were changing warehouses and were sorry for delay. Would have been good if 2 week delivery time was indicated when I placed order.

Took 10 day to ship...a in-stock item!

The item was nice but it the slowest processing time that i ever encountered. It took 10 day for atlas to ship it the friday at 5pm).. so i received it 14 days after the order (Normal time is 1-2 day).
