This company takes too long to ship even in stock items. Then they partner with unreliable courier like Purolator adding even more delays to their deliveries then putting the blame on bad weather and Canada post strike .I ordered on Dec 08 up to now Jan 03 2025 I have yet to receive my order.
While there was a slight shipping delay due to a warehouse move, the package was shipped in a reasonable time frame. I got exactly what I ordered and they shipped using my preferred carrier. Excellent customer service and great prices on Milwaukee. Best I could find in Canada.
Everyone at Atlas has been super helpful! If they can't answer your question immediately- they follow up as soon as possible to get you the answers you need.
Couldn’t recommend ordering from atlas enough, ordered from Ireland was shipped on Thursday and arrived Monday afternoon so very quick delivery and very good prices, also very helpful and fast at answering any queries I had. Tax and import duties in Ireland work out at around 25% of total price excluding shipping for anyone who’s interested. Will be ordering again in the future, couldn’t fault the whole experience.

The attachment that I bought for my extended pole hedge trimmer didn’t not fit even though Dewalt your supplier claimed it was a universal attachment. I understand your reply and appreciate your willingness to offer me a discount card for my situation. I think that this is the manufacturing company problem but un I’m stuck with a useless product I’ve contacted Dewalt and will see what they say
I can’t give 5 stars not because of your company but because I have falsely advertised product that un sold me. I believe that you didn’t even know that it wouldn’t fit universally on the Dewalt power pole unit I own
