This company takes too long to ship even in stock items. Then they partner with unreliable courier like Purolator adding even more delays to their deliveries then putting the blame on bad weather and Canada post strike .I ordered on Dec 08 up to now Jan 03 2025 I have yet to receive my order.
While there was a slight shipping delay due to a warehouse move, the package was shipped in a reasonable time frame. I got exactly what I ordered and they shipped using my preferred carrier. Excellent customer service and great prices on Milwaukee. Best I could find in Canada.

Couldn’t recommend ordering from atlas enough, ordered from Ireland was shipped on Thursday and arrived Monday afternoon so very quick delivery and very good prices, also very helpful and fast at answering any queries I had. Tax and import duties in Ireland work out at around 25% of total price excluding shipping for anyone who’s interested. Will be ordering again in the future, couldn’t fault the whole experience.

I was expecting a shipment, when l didn’t see my items for the third week l called in to inquire what happened to my shipment. They said it hadn’t ship, but that it will that day. A week, or two, later l placed another shipment. They called to say that they would group the shipments together. My response was complete shock as to how the first shipment had not been sent!

I placed an online order for a couple items both said they were in stock . When I finally received my order after a longer than stated delivery date the order was missing one item . I looks at the packing list and this item was back ordered so I call and it's actually not available until next season . No call or email to tell me about this . Such a waste of time.
