This company takes too long to ship even in stock items. Then they partner with unreliable courier like Purolator adding even more delays to their deliveries then putting the blame on bad weather and Canada post strike .I ordered on Dec 08 up to now Jan 03 2025 I have yet to receive my order.
While there was a slight shipping delay due to a warehouse move, the package was shipped in a reasonable time frame. I got exactly what I ordered and they shipped using my preferred carrier. Excellent customer service and great prices on Milwaukee. Best I could find in Canada.
Everyone at Atlas has been super helpful! If they can't answer your question immediately- they follow up as soon as possible to get you the answers you need.
Couldn’t recommend ordering from atlas enough, ordered from Ireland was shipped on Thursday and arrived Monday afternoon so very quick delivery and very good prices, also very helpful and fast at answering any queries I had. Tax and import duties in Ireland work out at around 25% of total price excluding shipping for anyone who’s interested. Will be ordering again in the future, couldn’t fault the whole experience.

I have not received the item I purchased online. I appreciate that Atlas has opened an inquiry with the shipping partner about the missing package, but I am disappointed to not have received either a return or replacement item in the mail during the lengthy inquiry process. I have been waiting close to a month for this item, and it is costing me business.

I called asking about the status of my order, I was told I'd have my order in approximately 3 to 4 weeks, 5 weeks went by and nothing, I called again and the lady said that my item was out of stock and on back order, it was when I mentioned that if it wasn't shipped within a week that I'd ask for a refund on the product.
3 days later it was in the mail

We do see here an order placed was for both in-stock and pre-order items. The In-stock items shipped out the next day, leaving the x2 remaining pre-order items to be shipped out once we received our pre-order shipments accordingly. We received a shipment of one of the two pre-order items, and it was promptly shipped out, leaving one pre-order remaining. We did provide a rough ETA for the remaining item of mid-September, we ended up getting shipment early, and the remaining pre-order was shipped out on Sept 4th.
We can understand the frustration in waiting for pre-orders to come in, as our customers (and ourselves) are always excited to receive NEW to the market tools! If you are open to the idea, we would appreciate the opportunity or a second chance, to try and turn this experience around to a more positive one.
