Well, they have stock most of the time, preorders are shipping when forecasted, so that's definitely a plus.

Prices are competitive and they have more variety than Amazon.

However, absolute worst customer support experience I have ever seen.

I had purchased new components for a build - the GPU, somewhere around 2300euro.

Here's where it get spicy:

The motherboard came without 4 missing pins on the socket, but I had already set up the SSDS and the RAM by the time I opened the CPU latch.

I look at the socket and I'm thinking "Yeah, this is not going to work". Now, I've heard of some cases where depending on what pins are missing it might post, and since I didn't have another AM5 board I decided to connect the PSU and set up the CPU regardless to see if the other components at least work.

What did I learn from this? Well at least I got got LED diagnostics running on the motherboard and luckily it seems like the rest of the components are ok.

And so, I put the motherboard back together and ship it back. It took a week to arrive, althought it should take 2 days.

It was in their possession for a full week without offering any clear answer to support queries, always coming back with "We appreciate the patience and apologize, we'll get to you as soon as possible", every time in a different way.

Eventually they do get to my motherboard and argued they cannot refund me because I set up the components on the motherboard, although the issue is with the socket itself, which I have notified them arrived in that condition.

They couldn't care less, they noticed I reinstalled the socket brackets the other way around, as I had to take them off to set up my NH-D15 and tried to argue that I damaged the motherboard, like that's even relevant.

They gave me 2 choices. Either be sent back a damaged socket motherboard or pay 70 or more euros to get the motherboard manufacturer to fix it.

I would rather take a 350 euro hit than give you a single more cent, that's how disgusted I am.

After waiting a month for my pre built gaming pc to arrive, it showed up not fully built, and additionally doesn’t work, showing a black screen upon turning on.

My first expierence with caseking.de, excellent!
Ordered an item which was not in stock but it was available for pre-order.
CK then informed me that the item is not in stock anymore and asked
me if I want to wait while the item is in stock again or cancel the order.
I requested a cancellation.
After a while, customer support (Martin) replied that my order has been cancelled and they will refund me as soon as possible.

Thank you!
Fantastic first impressions!

Absolutely superb.
Ordered a gaming PC on December 17th and even though I paid for express delivery, I didn't think it would arrive in time.
It arrived 3 days later! The inclusion of Christmas jell
ies in the box was an added nice touch.

Caseking is a blind trust go to

CaseKing, one of the few distributors to have had stock in December, delivered it to me in France in just one week! Admittedly, payments in installments are not accepted by Klarna DE, but I can say that depending on the price, I would order from CaseKing with my eyes closed!

Note: Quality check of the package contents not done today, the case looks intact, I will edit the review if otherwise.

Outstanding Service with a Personal Touch

I can’t say enough good things about Caseking. From their excellent product range to their unparalleled customer service, they truly stand out as one of the best PC companies out there in my opinion, especially if you’re based in Europe.

Their customer service is exceptional whether you need help you can contact them through Twitter or by creating a ticket on their website, the team is always quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to provide accurate estimates and ensure that every interaction is smooth and stress free.

Caseking has truly set the bar when it comes to providing top notch PC components and accessories. Every product I’ve purchased from them has consistently exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, reliability, and craftsmanship.

Their commitment to offering only the best is evident in everything they sell. Whether it’s high performance GPUs, cutting edge cases, or custom cooling solutions, you can always trust that what you’re getting is fit to the highest standard. They clearly take the time to stock up their inventory, ensuring that every product lives up to the expectations of even the most demanding PC enthusiasts.

It’s not just the products that impress, it’s the attention to detail in packaging and delivery as well. Items arrive securely packed and in perfect condition, further underscoring their dedication to quality.

If you’re serious about building or upgrading your PC and want components that truly deliver on performance and durability, Caseking is the place to go. Their products are a testament to their passion for excellence, and they’ve earned my trust as a go to source for premium PC hardware. Highly recommended!

One of the things I absolutely love about Caseking is their thoughtful touch of including a pack of Haribos in most of the orders I’ve received. It’s such a simple gesture, but it shows they genuinely care about their customers and want to make every purchase a pleasant experience.

A huge thank you to the entire Caseking staff for their hard work, kindness, and dedication. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life! If you’re looking for a PC company that combines quality products with outstanding customer service, look no further than Caseking. Highly recommended!

My 1 stop shop for my custom build

Fast delivery, great prices, got nearly all the parts for my custom build here. I also had to cancel some parts on a second order and I was refunded quickly and with no issues or problems. I will be coming back again for more parts in the future.

good customer service

now i have yet to receive my order but originally I had placed a 1 star review as i thought i didn't get any response from customer service. I did not think to check my junk email and when caseking had responded to my review i checked and oh there it was. I read it and they are very nice. I expect to be ordering again when i need something new. Very good prices and customer service compared to other European pc component sellers

Horrible experience with international order

Horrible experience with international order.

I sent in an order on the 3rd of October. It's international, but still within EU space, so I figured - maybe 3-4 days of delay compared to a local purchase? Yeah, buckle up.

I got same-day shipping (offered at checkout) because it was for my nephew's birthday and I hoped it would make it faster. Same-day shipping was ignored - I would come to find out via several calls to caseking that the option is only for clients in Germany - why would you allow it for someone outside Germany then?

The same-day shipping option was with UPS Express, so I checked it also for another reason - UPS would surely have a tracking number. I wanted to keep track of the shipment because in a few weeks I'd be unavailable, and in case it turned out to have delays - I could have it delivered to a friend, or at least rescheduled. I'd have some semblance of control over what happens to it.

This option that I checked and paid for was ignored. The package was sent via some other courier, that they couldn't provide a tracking number for. It's apparently their own trucks or something? I have no idea, but I was assured it's more expensive and safer than UPS Express. As if just because it's more expensive and safer, that means I should shut up and take it, despite wanting something else? And despite no tracking number?

Fact is, this is why I ordered via UPS. I trust UPS. I don't trust their internal trucks. Which I'd find out - I was right not to.

The order was only shipped on the 11th. 8 days after the 'same-day' shipping I paid extra for.

It is now the 18th of October and I just had my last call with customer service. They had contacted me via mail to request some identification number. I expressed I don't know what that is. They gave me some link explaining that shipments that come into the country need to be declared, and they didn't declare it, so they didn't get the number. My shipment HAS NOT YET ENTERED THE COUNTRY AFTER 2 WEEKS. May I take this point in time to make it apparent that a trip via car from my home city to Berlin would take 17 hours - hardly worth waiting 2 weeks for a package.

Considering how they've been constantly disregarding my options, and how they are now requesting me for information that I as a customer cannot possibly give them and it is in the responsibility of their freighter - I requested a cancellation. At this point I don't trust them, so I am also considering contacting my bank and disputing the charge.

Caseking has no idea what they're doing with regard to international shipping. Their website allows you to select (and pay for) options they don't actually offer. Their shipping company doesn't do their job, and then the customer is asked to do it. Their poor customer support people had to take several calls from me to know the status of the package (which would've been avoided if I had a tracking number) and couldn't help with any of my requests, which - I get that their hands are tied, but then just call it /dev/null, not customer service line.

I don't recommend. But I do look forward to Mike (who I saw was quite active around here) coming in with a reply about how he doesn't think it's unreasonable to ask customers how shipping works, or how tracking numbers are for the birds, or how my choices at checkout are just for curiosity and they'll actually be doing whatever they want to my order.

Dear Dragos Zaharescu,

Update: We are refunding the order amount already right now to your payment method.

Original Response:

We are a German company and therefore ship from Germany.

The Romanian Ministry of Finance has decided to implement the RO e-Transport system as of 1 July 2022. RO e-Transport is an electronic system that is used to monitor road transport of goods in Romania. Since 2024, the Romanian authorities decided to extend the law to all types of goods from EU countries, including Gaming PCs. Parcels weighing more than 500 kg or - as is the case with your order - with a goods value of more than ~2000€ (10,000 lei) from and to Romania are subject to declaration and require a UIT code accordingly.

The Romanian ordering party = recipient of goods must apply for a UIT number (meaning you as the customer). The UIT code is a 16-digit combination of letters and numbers. It is assigned when shipments are registered in the Romanian e-Transport system and must be printed on the transport documents during transport within, from and to Romania. The UIT number must be available before the start of transport in Romania and can be applied for a maximum of three calendar days before transport.

That being said, we initially had problems shipping such a large parcel containing a gaming PC in a transport box that's small enough to still count as a regular parcel instead of freight. This is why you were able to order via UPS Express, but we simply could not ship this item internationally with a standard shipping company. Instead, the order had to be switched to shipping via a freight forwarding company (for free, since this costs 6x as much).

All of this resulted in a delay of shipping which is why were were not even remotely able to perform "same day shipping" in this special situation. It is also absolutely normal and common that freight hauling companies do not provide tracking numbers. This is not how hauling works. The so called Avis, meaning the announcement of the delivery done by logistics companies, is then usually done via phone after a few days of international transportation via truck.

We acknowledge that all of this seems to be too complicated to make much sense for private customers and thus we have now requested the parcel to be returned to us. As soon as it arrives and is booked into our system again we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

We learned from this and should be able to actually send out this and similarly large systems via UPS from now on, even if that's too late in your case. I must also apologise for our our recently relaunched new shop software not yet functioning as it should when it comes to international orders and there is nothing to sugarcoat in that regard. We are sorry about that!

Kind Regards
Mike

Excellent prices and solid customer…

Excellent prices and solid customer support.

I had some issues with my parts but the problem was on my end. Despite this they offered free shipping back and forth to confirm the parts where in working order which of course they where. Can't rate them highly enough. This is my second build through them having replaced several parts after my intel cpu failed me

PC Parts to Ireland, Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this company!

I ordered multiple PC Parts from CaseKing. Those being:

- A Mid Tower PC Case
- Case fans
- CPU Cooler
- PSU

The purchasing process was very simple and streamlined. Their website has a wide variety of options and was very intuitive to browse.

There were no hidden fee's at checkout, VAT and shipping were shown for each product very clearly.
Products weren't overpriced and were actually quite competitive.

Delivery options were neither minimal nor excessive. I personally went for Basic UPS Shipping to Ireland. One complaint, I did not get any tracking options in my email automatically, however I was able to get the tracking numbers immediately when they were available by going through the support bot which was fine by me. I believe locally they have even more options for delivery.

My products arrived within 5-6 Business Days, so basically after one full week. This shipping was actually faster than Amazon DE from where I had ordered other parts even with Amazon Prime. They arrived later in that week and some even the week after which in total took them 2 weeks. So much for Amazon's speedy delivery they pride themselves on.

In the boxes they threw in the invoice/receipt and even complementary German Candy which was thoughtful. There was no exterior damage to any of the products as far as I can tell, they were boxed well. However I have yet to open the actual boxes and check inside for any damage but I doubt I will find any.

I personally had no reason to contact their customer support but I have heard great things in other reviews.

Overall great experience. No need for any skepticism here, Will definitely shop on the site again and recommend it to all.

Excellent pre and after sales support

I have been a Caseking customer for many years but this was the first time I needed their aftersales support for a warranty matter (which is the most important when rating a computer store). They acted with utter professionalism keeping me updated via email during the whole process and finally replacing the defective product with a new one, within a reasonable time window. A highly recommended company which respects their customers. Thank you guys.

Amazing Service

Ordering process was amazing. The parts came relatively quickly and they are much cheaper than in my home country.

Everything runs silky smooth and I'm having loads of fun with my new PC.

The pc arrived almost half a year ago at this point and I haven't managed to write a review yet because of how much fun I was having while gaming :D

I recommended Caseking to all my friends and you guys definitely got a new customer.

Great company

Ordered parts for a new computer on a Wednesday morning, and it arrived in Ireland the following Tuesday afternoon via UPS Standard. Everything was well-packed and as-described.

They even threw in a packet of sweets! Small enough not to upset my diet, but big enough to make me happy. How can you complain?

Competitive prices and great customer service!

Back in late February I needed to buy myself a nice computer for productivity and gaming tasks and I stumbled Caseking, I figured I could by my Graphics card, Power supply, Processor and RAM from there as their prices was way cheaper than where I lived, it took a bit longer for it to ship than I anticipated however that had nothing to do with Caseking as they shipped it out immediately.

when it has been shipped to my house everything thankfully was working perfectly, however I had realise that the ram I got was incompatible with the motherboard I needed to get for my processor, I hadn’t asked for a refund for the ram until a week later at a Sunday, thankfully they were quick with accepting my refund request and I sent the incompatible ram sticks which was always a good thing to see!

I had also decided to buy thermal paste and my motherboard from Caseking too, and both of them managed to be delivered on a Friday instead of having to wait till Monday this time which was a great thing to see.

when building my PC I had noticed that the heatsink on my graphics card was a bit bent, however this most likely he nothing to do with Caseking and more to do with the Manufacturer or myself, however after loading Furmark it hadn’t reached over 64 Degrees and mostly hovered around 63 after five minutes of load so it’s probably more of a aesthetic issue than a performance one.

TLDR; Customer service was quick with my issues and had pretty good prices for their components, i don’t really understand the amount of 1 star reviews that is given to the company, maybe they are unlucky, however I didn’t went through anything wrong with Caseking, thanks!
