Their transfers are so quick and efficient! But their site needs a bit of improvement. It’s a bit slow! Otherwise… I’m happy with their services!!

Whenever cosmo has technical issues they don't communicate, like currently I can't make any transfers because the mobile app doesn't show the available balance so you can't transfer it's only when I sent an email that they tell me they having technical issues. I tried using the website via browser but I can't login and its been three days now. I am probably goner get evicted since I can't pay my rent because cosmo has issues, and cosmo doesn't solve it's problems in a day or two it can take a week or two, I remember one time I couldn't make a transfer because bank transfers to my country where unavailable and support said it will be fixed as soon as possible and I waited for almost 3 weeks before they fixed the issue. I wish I knew a better platform that could help me 😡😡😡

Nope, your card doesn't work . And the reply from the support I got was astonishing:
"Your account doesn't have money in it.'' That's it.

Wow! Of course I cashed out the funds
- like - why keeping them there if cannot use them with the Virtual Card?!

Won't redirect any payments to Cosmo anymore - it it is too ridiculously costly!

I started using Cosmo just recently. So far I am 50/50 ok with them. I made my first withdrawal to my Bank account and the funds arrived the same business day - thanks! But the fee for it is $5....
So I decided to use my Virtual card instead to make payments - as it is advertised on their website that it's possible. Well, it is not. I tried to pay with the Virtual card to 3x different merchants - nope, not working.
I will definitely look for a way to avoid being paid via Cosmo.

i tried logging onto the cosmopayment…

i tried logging onto the cosmopayment app to transfer my funds to my bank account but it shows that my secondary balance is zero and then i tried logging into my account online and it says session timed out so im unable to get my funds and thats so disappointing and ive sent an email to cosmopayment regarding this issue and i hope to hear from them soon im so disappointed because i really needed these funds

Payments with Virtual Card Not Possible

I’m beyond frustrated with Cosmo…

I’m beyond frustrated with Cosmo Payment. I sent in all my required information—ID, passport, and documents verifying my address—and they’re still claiming my information for verifying my Address is “altered.� How does that even make sense?? Now I’m stuck with nearly $400 in the account and no way to access it. I wouldn’t have even heard of this company if it weren’t for OnlyFans. If you’re considering using Cosmo Payment, stay far away and find a better option. This experience has been nothing but a headache.

The dcuments are mixed and is the reason it has not been approved on either side, please reach out to us at support@cosmopayment.com so we can guide you to getting your funds. Deceitful and full of lies

Incorrect you are transferring them back because I would not remove LEGITIMATE and TRUTHFUL reviews on Trustpilot. I think you need to remember I have the emails from you Tom L telling me do this or otherwise....

Corrupt and unprofessional

I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is! You will never get an email back with support and then when a review is left publicly suddenly you hear back from them and in the most disreputable way. Steer clear, totally unprofessional company. I would put 0 stars however that’s not possible

Please Help!!!

Im Canadian, but I want to send money to an American-based bank so that I can keep it in USD. I used to send it there before but Cosmo made changes to the “bank transfer recipient� page for Canadian users (around the end of may) and now it never works. It says the same thing everytime: “error during validate bank information Invalid bank name�. Yet both banks (RBC Bank and Wise US Inc.) are established names and should not be invalid, and RBC is where I always sent it before the new changes.

For transfers to US-based accounts, there is now a branch number listed for some reason (which US banks dont use) so im not sure if thats a problem. I was told to put in the rounting number instead. I suspect the problem has to do with the fact that the “bank transfer recipient� page for US-based bank accounts now asks for all sorts of identity information. So I enter my Canadian information — passport, postal code, etc. — but the drop down menu for “state/province� only shows US States and not Canadian provinces. So I have to select a random state (e.g. Alabama) that doesnt match my Canadian information. This allowed me to send a transfer one time (it doesnt work anymore) but the transfer didnt go through and was sent back.

There’s also a US flag next to the identity information on the bank transfer recipient page, which seems to indicate that my info is American but its not, and I shouldnt need to be American to send money to my American bank (in my name).

Ive tried contacting support about this but it wasted time and I was ignored multiple times. I just want help, please, because I feel locked out of my money for so long. I like cosmo except for this.. so I dont want to leave a negative review, but I really need help, and im not getting anywhere.

They recovered my funds from my cloned card

I’ve been a loyal customer for over four years, and I’ve always been happy with the service. Recently, I experienced a very stressful situation involving fraud on my account when someone cloned my card. The team handled the situation with professionalism and care, recovering my funds and restoring my peace of mind.

I was forced into creating an account…

One for an apology, I was recently corrected, it's not blackmail but extortion that the company used. Making a deal dependant on my action to remove this review in order to receive their help is extortion. I humbly apologize for using the wrong term.

FINAL UPDATE:
First they wanted a copy of my bank acount (never happening), then they refused to accept my bank because it didn't have that special number but told me to use the routing number, then when they saw this review, they tried blackmail. They even told me they were not a foreign company because they are in Canada. I'm in US so that is foreign. But was an outright lie because according to Google: "Cosmo Payment is located in London, England, United Kingdom". However if you don't care about getting cash out, you can use it to buy stuff online, or pay an outrageous amount to get a plastic card so you can go to an ATM (not verified, it is what they claim). I won't be reading any response but I also won't be recommending you work with these people unless you live in their country and have some sort of recourse. Oh and I forgot read one of their responses they thought calling me a sex worker would stop this. The site is a dating/chat site not porn site and you earn points by answering email which is converted to cash or products. Hahaha good try guys.

Directly from my credit union: If the sending financial institution is asking for our SWIFT/BIC Code, please have them use our Routing/ABA Number instead. We do not have a SWIFT/BIC Code. I have a bunch of emails to prove everything I said. They continuously asked me for a copy of my bank account. If that doesn't put up red flags...

I was forced into creating an account (if I wanted my money). I created an account. I sent my license which is also a USA real ID. They told me I need to send them a copy of my utility bill. I do all my accounts online and don't have a utility bill in my name. I did send my credit card statement which is acceptable per their list and they still declined it requesting a bank statement. NO WAY I am sending one of these companies my bank account (which is also paperless). So I sent a copy of my car insurance bill. Again they declined it. I have been going back and forth and they keep saying bank account when their site clearly said credit card statements are acceptable. This is in PDF format, not a screen shot. This company is a fraud and I am looking into where I need to file the complaint as they refuse to release my money.
UPDATE: Now they are blackmailing me, or trying to. Here is a copy and paste of it:

Hello Lisa Dumas, unfortunately your frustrations come from a total lack of understanding and willingness to learn to use the platform since you signed up. “The special number� you reference is just a SWIFT number, all banks have one. The card costs 12.95 usd and is not an outrageous amount. We are a UK company with Canadian service offices. We do accept paperless documents, we accept PDF, and your credit card statement was approved. Bank transfers are also working correctly in Bellingham, USA - we have attempted to guide you on making the transfer, but cannot help without the bank information. We only offered to use your bank details to help you get your transfer completed since you were incapable, it is not a prerequisite. You have access to your funds via the card and bank transfers, however we can also return your funds to AdultFriendFinder - we did not call you a sexworker (not that there is any issue with that anyway), and only offered to send the funds back where they came from. You have had access to your funds for weeks now, you are only restricting yourself. You 100% have access to your money without restriction, since the day your account was approved, and can order the card yourself. We only offered you a free card as a gesture of goodwill in order to provide a resolution in regard to your baseless claim of fraud. Everything we have explained in an effort to help you has turned into lies trying to attack our company.

Opening An Account

*Great experience after the initial difficulties my end. Word of advice, read what’s being asked of you properly. My only issue is nowadays with the lack of paper copies for bills & utilities, locating a less-than-three-month-old formal document to prove residency gave cause for concern. I did eventually find something with 24 hrs to spare. And the chances are I could have requested emailed proof of residency in other ways so not a major dilemma. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided.
*ABSOLUTELY my error..I was trying to complete (I’m still guessing here) an international form. I went in through a main UK search engine and a slightly different more in depth version of the application form appeared and my telephone number in UK format was accepted into the form. I’m awaiting a yes/no response which usually takes two to three days. Make sure you’re accessing the right form/app for the country you’re in. Key piece of advice or you’ll drive yourself crazy over a mobile phone number! ***I couldn’t even get the online application form to accept usual written UK format for my mobile phone(?)
