The threatening letters is one thing, but during the Christmas period is another, absolutely wild honestly, over a PARKING TICKET?! You’d think I robbed a bank the way you’re hunting me down like wolves. You bunch of monkeys, the letter is so poorly written I couldn’t even begin to understand where your employees heads are at when writing them. I pray, and seriously do pray that you all get the most brutal karma possible, not a single ounce of intelligence throughout your entire company.

DCBL did a great job of recovering over £4,000 that a neighbour had owed me for over 2 years and refused to pay.
I would definitely use them again should I experience something similar (hopefully not) in the future.
As a company who make money collecting debts, they seem very uninterested in collecting any debts.
After a first attempt turned out to be the wrong address, I traced the debtor myself as their tracing service didn't do anything. I provided proof the debtor lived there, yet they still wouldn't investigate, as the proof wasn't recent enough.
Total waste of time.
So, another bunch of cowboys trying to persue money from me over a dodgy parking notice of over two years from the other cowboy company, Euro car parks Ltd.
I telephoned to be told the usual; that the person whom sent me the threatening letter is unavailable and that there are no managers there to speak to by a young lady of whom could hardly speak English.
So, rather than waste anymore of my time, l am putting this letter into the bin where it belongs along with all the other threatening letters.

CON ARTIST IN MY EYES
If I could leave no star's I would leave none.
I paid DCBL £9250 to reclaim invoices owed they definitely sell their services but deliver nothing.
I had to keep chasing them for updates and was told lie after lie.
Eventually I had to push for it to go Legal after months of nothing happening the DCBL LEGAL are just as bad .
MY ADVICE GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE OR LOSE EVEN MORE MONEY

Great Pre-Service Due Diligence.
I work as Head of Legal in our company.
I needed DCBL to support recouping a debt from a debtor. The Team and Mark completed due diligence before charging any fee, explained the process for me and managed my expectations.
In completing their research they found that the debtor would not be able to be traced, this saved everyone lots of time and money. I would feel confident using the service again, although we couldn't trace, the service was prompt in confirming this information.

A great service!
Jack Goulden and his team provided outstanding service in handling our case, which involved a debt that had been overdue for over a year. From the moment we made contact, Jack took charge of the situation with professionalism and efficiency. His clear communication, expertise, and attention to detail ensured that the entire matter was resolved and closed within just a week.
I was particularly impressed with how proactive Jack was, keeping us informed every step of the way and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His approach gave us confidence, and the quick resolution far exceeded our expectations.
I cannot recommend Jack Goulden and his team highly enough. If you're facing a similar situation, rest assured you're in capable hands. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and grateful for their exceptional servic

Dcbl is fraud, scam
Dcbl is completely absurd. Charolette one of their team member was very rude she don’t know. How to talk with the customer she was not willing to listen to ke first they don’t know how to talk with the customers. They make you fool they will combine all of your pcn into one and then can’t tell all of them separately.

This is an actual bailiff company
This is an actual bailiff company, however, the monetary demands on private parking tickets are misleading. The reference to a court ruling allowing to pursue payment of a parking charge is lawful. However, the law states that this shouldn't be anymore than a council parking charge should be. So if you receive more than you would expect from a council parking spot you should dispute this.

Scum
So they buy debts of other companies then come and persue you. Problem is they have no proof of the debt (Parking Eye) and won't provide you with any proof. Then they say you should speak to the company they bought the debt off and you should take Legal Advice.
Of course - if you do take legal advice you'll need to pay for it.

'Communication' is a joke
Terrible communication - I waited 10 days for an advisor to respond on their '24/7' WhatsApp line. No help/response and incredibly stressful. They send threatening letters with no support and make it impossible for you to get into contact with them. Emails don't even give a time frame of response which is extremely unprofessional.

I would give DCBL zero stars if it were…
I would give DCBL zero stars if it were possible. I instructed DCBL to collect a debt for me over £10,000 and paid them almost £2000 including VAT and they have performed abysmally. To cut a long story short they didn't get my money back for me and I had to phone them every 3 weeks for an update and they wanted another £2300 to issue a CCJ against the debtor. When you try and contact their sister company DCBL legal they are even worse and are 100% unprofessional as they refuse to take my calls or respond to my emails. DCBL are professional con artists who just take people's money without offering them anything in return. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of them as they are not worth the time nor the money! 100% con artists! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Thorough & Efficient
DCBL are very thorough & efficient. Thomas Tully who was appointed as our case worker remained profession & direct with the debtor, regardless of the bullying/threatening tactics they used on him. He also kept me informed of all communication & processes used. Very good service. Highly recommended.
