Rang today to set up a new direct debit on my account for gas and electric as currently unable to do this in app/online, I thought I'd have to wait a while to speak to someone due to the New Year but was put through to an advisor in less than a minute. The advisor was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the EDF billing process. I set up both direct debits with ease and given options for payment dates etc, great service thanks!
Rob in team 11B was absolutely incredible! I've called EDF on multiple occasions to get help registering my solar panels and no one has been able to help me. Rob actually knew a lot about solar panels and was able to guide me through the whole process, even though this wasn't something he actually had to do as part of his job. He was friendly and explained things well. He should be training the rest of your team as your customers would be much happier if they could get the help he gave on the first attempt calling rather than several emails and calls before anyone knowledgable was actually able to help me. Rob was brilliant - he is an asset to you team.
Not being technically minded and, I guess, old school I prefer to speak to an actual person. So I was glad to speak to Stewart Team A. And I should also note that my call was answered in a timely manner. I was anxious about my fuel consumption and tariff to which Stewart put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable in this regard, extremely understanding and patient too as I struggle with both physical and severe anxiety issues. He also advised of EDF’s priority list to which he has put me on. I didn’t know about this and it is an added comfort especially given that I live alone and am quite isolated. I can’t thank Stewart enough for his support at this time. He also reassured me that I could contact EDF any time with concerns.

Setting up a new tariff
