J'ai donc visité le site parce que le site Web indiquait que le magasin vendait l'article dont j'avais un besoin urgent. Le personnel était un peu dédaigneux et m'a dit que l'article n'était pas en stock. Aucun effort n'a été fait pour suggérer la possibilité de commander l'article dans une autre succursale. J'ai été déçu mais c'était presque l'heure du déjeuner. Customer etention is very important. Without having to ask, Darty were good enough to suggest ordering the item, an SSD card, for collection in 2 days.

I ordered 4 items all at a good price but one item not working properly I’ve phoned many times but after waiting and listening to music the phone just goes dead emailed with no response from them when I did get to speak to someone on the phone I was told I can take it to the store but being 3hr round trip it’s not worth the hassle so it will end up in the bin. Would be helpful if there was the option to contact in English to check information not lost in translation .
Update one of my items was a 43” TV in just 10 days a dead pixel and a blemish has appeared this will be going back for a refund.

It was st Valentines day and decided to visit Calais France for 1 day escape and shopping. So at Cite Europe Calais mall we visited Electro depot in which we had the worst experience. Very poor customer service, nobody knows anything. When you pay cash at the till they try to steal you the change. If you complain they pretend that they don't recognise you or they have to check the security camera after midnight!! They laughing at you while other customers build up in the cue... waiting for ages. No manager appears to save the day. Conclusion don't ever pay cash to them or avoid Electro depot in Conquelles. Better try else where for sure.

Not a lot of effort.

Customer service poor 2 out of 5 items faulty

I order a washmachine on 30.12.23 and I still don't have it.
They said that is some technical issue with this order and I need to wait.
Then they told me they can send me back my money and when I ask how long it's gonna take they said that they however can't give me my money back untill the problem will be solved!!! Every person form customer care saying something different! Now I need to spend another money on laundry and I don't know if I need to wait another week, month or maybe a year to them FINALLY solved the problem which I still don't know what exacly is wrong!!!
Please DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE!!!

Fabulous company to use

I can't fault them at all. Quick free delivery to my door. Bike is perfect. Easy website to purchase from. By far the cheapest discounted purchases. Used SUER for delivery. Easy to track and such a polite delivery man who helped get it up my stairs. Excellent experience

Disgraceful after sales service!

Why is after sales service so bad in France? I bought a washing machine in January, today it has broken down. Called the helpline to be told that Electrodepot do not have their own engineers, the work is farmed out to Boulanger. The earliest time they can visit is 18 November! 3 week wait for a call out is not reasonable! They say no earlier visit is possible and I cannot return the machine to Electrodepot for an exchange. I asked if I buy a machine from Boulanger is the after sales service better - she said no its all the same - you will wait the same time for an engineer. So I'm stuck with an expensive useless machine...And there is no guarantee, after waiting until 18th for the call out, that the engineer will have parts on the van to fix it. This standard of service is beyond disgraceful. Please, Electrodepot, please agree that I can bring the faulty machine back to you for replacement?

I recently bought a fridge with them…

I recently bought a fridge with them and took the service to take away the old one. the old fridge didn't fit through the kitchen door, we needed to take out the door which only takes a minute. but the deliverer didn't want to wait and told us he would come back the same day , he never came back and on the phone he say we have to pay again. he lied to us. In may i bought a washing machine and a shock mat to put under, they came to install the washing machine but didn't take the mat, the mat arrived one week later by post. it was impossible to put it under the washing machine since it was already installed. 2 times I bought something from them and 2 times it went wrong. this company is absolutely horrible!

dreadful service

I ordered an oven through these guys and added on the service to take the old oven with them and install they new-built in oven as well.
They failed to take the oven with or to install the new oven. Now neither electro depot nor the delivery service want to take the responsibility for this breach of contract nor are they willing to refund these costs to me. absolute horror show

Tous nos produits neufs ont une garantie de 2 ans selon la garantie légale de conformité, valable dans toutes les enseignes.

Passé ce délai, la réparation se fait sur devis à la charge du client si celui-ci n'a pas d'assurance complémentaire.

I had a fault with my Valberg fridge…

I had a fault with my Valberg fridge freezer. while it was still under the two-year gaurentee. parts should have been available for 7 years from purchase.
A technician came and said I needed a new thermostat.
A few days later I received a text saying the part will be available in 20 days.
Then a phone call saying the part was no longer available and my Fridgefreezer needed to be replaced, to do this was a joke.
I had to take the appliance to Electro depot, they then processed the demand and after 5 days I was able to have a credit note to use in their store to buy another. which would have meant a week without a fridge freezer!!!
Needless to say, I bought my new fridge freezer from another shop, and I'll use the credit note for something else less critical

J'ai eu un problème avec mon réfrigérateur-congélateur Valberg. alors qu'il était encore sous la garantie de deux ans. les pièces auraient dû être disponibles pendant 7 ans après l'achat.
Un technicien est venu et m'a dit que j'avais besoin d'un nouveau thermostat.
Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un SMS disant que la pièce serait disponible dans 20 jours.
Ensuite, un appel téléphonique m'a dit que la pièce n'était plus disponible et que mon réfrigérateur-congélateur devait être remplacé, pour ce faire, c'était une blague.
J'ai dû apporter l'appareil au dépôt Electro, ils ont ensuite traité la demande et après 5 jours j'ai pu avoir une note de crédit à utiliser dans leur magasin pour en acheter un autre. ce qui aurait signifié une semaine sans réfrigérateur congélateur !!!
Inutile de dire que j'ai acheté mon nouveau réfrigérateur-congélateur dans un autre magasin, et j'utiliserai la note de crédit pour autre chose de moins critique

Worst company & service I have ever…

Worst company & service I have ever dealt with. The staff at the Limoges customer service centre are incredibly rude. They do not refund you for faulty products even large high cost TVs instead they offer to 'fix' them! laughable steer well clear they are completely useless. Products are cheap and nasty.

Can Take your Money But Not Deliver !

Ordered an LG 75 inch Televison for €899. It took the money off my bank account and we waited for the emails to confirm we would get one TV. Never arrived.

Called the Client Service and they said they did NOT have them. They checked the central stock and said there were none. There were some at other shops, NOT LOCAL, but could not transfer (transport them). My other electrodepot account had another request for the LG 75 Inch that had not gone through ! BUT, it was pending TWICE in my PayPal account. Subsequently, the electrodepot account said the TV was a victim of its own success and none were available.
However, go to the website and electrodepot.com will let you give them ANOTHER €900 ! Then tell you it will take 5(working) days to give you back your money. Say 1000 people order that TV then that’s nearly € 1,000,000 they have for a week of people’s money ! NEVER AGAIN ELECTRODEPOT.com !
