The ONLY issue, you app do not have option for English. I am yet to learn Danish and find it hard to avail the offers via mobile.
If its not about just keeping the membership On and rather help me as customer and many others like me. You may want to support English language as well.
Great service
I got in contact with FDM for an offer regarding a house and a car insurance and they took for granted that I would become their customer. They signed me up without my consent, the send me everything I had to pay regardless, that I haven't not agreed nor signed anything officially.
At least 4 different representatives have called me and my partner over the course of the last month and despite I keep telling them the aforementioned, you keep sending me emails, sms and hard copies at my address. The situation became preposterous after receiving 19 emails(!) from FDM, 4-5 sms and god knows how many phone calls, and that is just in the last couple of weeks. You need to stop.

Very long waiting time, after 1hr and half, transfer to someone who just put the phone down and disconnected me.
Take for ever to get n answer, and you get tansfered from one agent to another.

My problem is still pending resolution…
My problem is still pending resolution after almost 2 weeks, so I am not sure what to rate... I got tired to call. Maybe this is the strategy, who knows. Tryg is a pain honestly.
Update: I was indeed contacted by Tryg and it was the most condescending and frustrating call I ever had. So, the solution was to move all my insurances to a different company.

I left FDM over a year ago
I left FDM over a year ago. I have no idea why I still get these emails. Everytime I try to log in is an impossible mission because I forgot my code and FDM make sure to be as bureaucratic as it can be for users.
So keep me on your list if you want to keep having bad ratings. Or make a user friendly access to you system so I an unsubscribe properly.
