When it comes to the international forwarding business the first dilemma you face is to choose the right partner to provide you with a large panel of services while handling carefully your pricy parcels from reception to departure. Don't hesitate choose them and let them help you.

5 stars because they deal with customs duties procedures and prepayments, thing that I should have opted for.

Horrible experience all around. Still have not received my parcel and now threatened with further fees by the company or parcel will not be released. One cs person in particular (Joyce - UK?) has been nothing but nasty and blatantly trying to gaslight and insult me in this ongoing drama. I just want my parcel released and be done with this company forever. It´s all fine until something goes wrong and that´s when a company reveals their true measure. This one is to be avoided at all costs.

I use forward2me when buying from the USA as most of the stores I buy from don’t ship to South Africa and on both occasions I received my orders in good condition handled by the Forward2Me USA warehouse.
The customer service is excellent and truly appreciate how the consultant assisting me (Joyce) ensured that my parcel was delivered.
She answered my emails instantly and was quick to resolve any issues or concerns I had. I will be using Foreard2Me regularly

I had an issue with the re-packing instructions, I wrote to the customer service department and Windy helped me immediately and solved the issue for me. My pack was about dog food, and is critical for this kind of goods to be shipped asap in order to be able to feed the dogs. I am using forward2me since many years now and I am very happy with their services. Thank you Windy!

Great customer service from Forward2me, especially Aimee, she was kind enough to resolve some shipping to EU issue instead of me. Otherwise I am very pleased with forwarding parcels from the company. Would highly recommend.

Simple and efficient

I had a great experience with the service. It is really easy to use, doesn't require you to pay a monthly subscription, their interface is simple and straightforward.

I also had to contact support to ask questions related to their inbound processes at the US warehouse and got a very detailed reply through WhatsApp (thank you Nica!)

It's an excellent service for people like me who from time to time need to buy something that's both not available in their region and not shipped outside the manufacturer's country.

I deleted my previous reviews about their horrible support in hopes that they would get their acts together. My last few shipments with this company was disastrous. I reached out to them a couple of weeks ago to request assistance with shipping with carriers other than UPS or fedex as I have only had shitty experiences with these carriers. They advertise dhl on their website and I asked them why they advertise it if they do not ship with dhl. They gave me some long winded story. Now i had a package that needed to arrive here in a timely manner and i asked them if they could kindly ensure that UPS does not detain my package for a whole month again. What do I get? The same old shitty experience and once again I reached out to this pathetic company in hopes that they would address this with their shipping partner UPS. This is a really pathetic company to forard things with as they do not take customers feedback and concerns into consideration. I really would not recommend if you are looking for a timely, orderly and efficient service. Stay away from Forward2me!

Fast Shipping and reliable service

Forward2me is the company you should be looking for if you want to receive shipments internationally with fast delivery and reliable customer support. What i liked about this comoany is their different shipping methods such UPS And Fedex And DHL and especially their low prices and accurate shipping calculator. However it was a little bit slow in receiving packages to their warehouse but that is because of christmas and weekends. They even managed my return request without going into many details and questions, so it was a seemless experience overall. The thing i would like for them to improve is if they add a live chat so i do not have to wait for them via email to respond to my questions, but they do reply a little fast on instagram. Also their customer support agents : Julie , Jane And regilyn and friendly and helpful.

If you don’t have an invoice or if it’s in a non-English language, you can still use the page to describe your package. This was my first time using this service or any service like this, the whole experience was really easy and straight forward. I was notified when my package arrived and was able to get it shipped to Australia with no problem.

Terrible service, no one reachable, still waiting on package.

I sent 3 pieces of shipment from USA to Netherlands, and the shipments got held up at the UPS customs department because they needed more information for clearance on a food supplement that was included. I did not get any message about this from anyone, I had to call UPS myself 3 times to figure this out, and only a week after I got an email from J asking me to provide a list of the ingredients. She also said that my shipment would be returned that next day so that it was urgent, as I'd have to pay return charges. I responded in the middle of the night, but never got a response back, and the WhatsApp/chat/email is totally unreachable on Forward2Me's side. I absolutely refuse to pay return charges for a shipment that I've been waiting on and contacting about for over a week, without anyone getting back to me. I wasted nearly $200 on this whole situation and will NEVER use Forward2Me again. Reviews that say that customer service is amazing must be staged.

Please get back to me ASAP, this is about people's purchases and money, it is unacceptable.

Update: after a lot of hassle, this matter was resolved. Forward2Me only got in touch with me after I wrote this review (they could’ve done so for more than a week before that). Service was still spotty and I had to do a lot of it myself. And please stop asking me to change my review. No. Not using this again.
