I ordered a bikini top and bottom for my daughter on black Friday. The bottoms were a little to small so I requested an exchange/refund on January 6th. I was denied as it was outside of the 30 day return policy. For the cost of the swim suit you would think they would have better customer service! Never ordering from Frankies again!

Do not order from Frankie’s Bikinis. I ordered from them on November 22nd. It is now December 17th and still no delivery. They finally emailed me back today to say that the earliest they’d ship it would be the 30th of January next year. The shipping estimate said 9 days at most and they expect me to wait 2 months. I’d recommend anyone to go with literally any other brand over Frankie’s bikinis.

Absolute crap both the quality and the service. This hoodie was torn in one week!!!! Contacted the customer service, procided the photos and they’re insanely slow at responding to me. Dont waste your $$$$

placed an order for a trip 2 or 3 weeks in advance with the shipping guarantee of 4-9 business days. my package took about 33 days to be delivered total (so i guess 26 business days) and was shipping from a warehouse. ordered it may 24th, it arrived june 27th. they falsely advertise as being eco friendly and i won’t be buying from them again and you shouldn’t either !

Do not order from Frankie’s Bikinis

A frustrating and stressful shopping experience

I ordered a couple of things from Frankie’s Bikinis online, but after trying them on decided to return them because I didn’t think it was worth paying £400 for clothes that were made of an uncomfortable synthetic material. Of course I sent them back in perfect condition with all the tags.

Then I waited for a refund. Finally after a few weeks went by I hadn’t received a refund so I contacted their customer services team who told me they had received the items back and I should expect a full refund. After another few weeks went by - and still no refund - I contacted customer services again who told me they were going to refund me £390. So even though they had told me I could expect a full refund, they decided to keep £10 - with no explanation why! I was annoyed at this but since I had waited so long for a refund just wanted my money back at this stage.

But, alas, even though they said they had refunded me, I still didn’t receive the money back. Finally I got bored of messaging them asking where my refund was so I put in a claim with my bank who - fortunately! - credited me with the money. After this stressful experience I won’t be shopping here again.

I don't even know where to start

I don't even know where to start. The customer service at this 'company' is a joke and their refund/exchange policies are even more laughable. I selected overnight shipping at checkout (which was $25) and the package took 2 days to ship and has still not arrived. STAY AWAY

Terrible service and attitude is just…

Terrible service and attitude is just horrible. We will never purchase from them again not only are the prices stupid but sizing too. My daughter is going away and we needed a bikini so we purchased top and bottom and the one we liked was reduced and at no occasion were we told or saw that final sale items cannot be exchanged/refunded. It was only when we tried the top it was far too small and it was a large my daughter normally takes that size in tops as she does not want to be exposing herself completely. I tried next day to return the items and i was given a blank NO and he stated that it is written but we only saw that notice when we tried to return the bikini. I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing as they are not good and i can see why. Never mind you learn. Horrible attitude.

This company is just horrible

This company is just horrible. I can only advice people to stay away from it. They claim to have no chance but to strictly stick to their return policy, which does not - under no circumstances- allow them to accept returned items on final sale. What a joke! We wrote them several times to try to pursuade them that several of the items we baught did not even fit our 17 year old daughter, who in good faith bought the several items, believing she could easily return these, if they didn't fit. Not so with this company! Legally, they are probably on the safe side, by referencing to their return policy, but this is simply a rip-off. Never again!

I dont recommend

I ordered a swimsuit from them and have worn it a few times but the color is completely fading after maybe less than 8 times of it being worn. I originally ordered from their brand because I thought that it would be long-lasting but the quality is unreasonable for the price.

Read before purchasing Fraud!

Read before purchasing. Look for yourself if you can cancel the order. Look for yourself how easy it is to return. Dazzled by the patterns I didn't. I realized 10 minutes after I pushed place order returning it or exchanging it would be a month-long process. I emailed support within a half an hour of the purchase and it was a full 24 hours before they told me they could unfortunately not stop the warehouse, making me responsible for the return on my dime after a month. Thankfully I have a good bank that shut the order down immediately. Such a shame, as I was planning on my entire cruise wardrobe being from them

Bad Service Crappie Products!!!

Hi. Please don’t buy from them anymore they have the wurst customer service and the products are crappy! I just purchased a bikini top and button the medium size running super small and the bikini are extremely large and the materials looking cheap👎👎👎

No tax refund for international returns

[UPDATE] Their customer support issued a refund for the $10 return fee because they mistakenly advertised “free returns� on their international site. I updated my rating.

[ORIGINAL POST] Don’t order from Frankie’s Bikinis if you live in Canada unless you’re happy to forego your taxes and $10 for the so called “free returns�.
I had a positive experience ordering a crewneck from them a couple years back so I ordered some more things this year, thinking it’d be fine if I didn’t like it since they advertised free returns.
I didn’t like the quality for the price so I requested to return the items. Even though it said free returns, I was notified that I’d lose $10 from my return. Then I got an email stating that they received the returned items and will be refunding me but there’s an additional $16 that I’m not getting back in taxes.

I thought it was just a mistake so I contacted their customer support, who happily informed me that they don’t refund taxes due to being an international retailer. I’ve returned items to international retailers before who refunded taxes with no problem.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I think it might be a scam. I ordered £1300 worth of product 10 days ago and they disappeared off the face of the planet. Some of the products were supposed to be dispatched within 24h. They have not responded to any of my inquiries.

I would not purchase from Frankies again!

I bought a bikini and their silk dress. The bikini top was fine - hard to put on with the number of strings but that's fine. The bikini bottom on the other hand, was soooo loose due to the way it hung on me. I ordered XS so I definitely don't think it was the size. It was the poor design / construction of the bottom. I could never wear that out to a pool. The silk dress was absolutely terrible, it came so crumpled and the draping across my neck was so loose. The strings at the top of the dress used to tie over your shoulder were of uneven length so it looks so awkward on me! I would not purchase from Frankies again!

I ordered a piece from their…

I ordered a piece from their "sustainable" line. What a joke. Frankies bikinis is not a sustainable company. The claim to use some sustainable fabrics, only one collection out of the hundreds they dropped in 2020 was sustainable. Their bags that say biodegradable, are NOT. They should be turned into the FTC for false claims. I hate companies that make false claims for attempts at greenwashing.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. I placed a large and expensive international order in April 2021 and still haven’t received the order [mid-July 2021] despite them taking my money immediately. No adequate response from their email customer services team and they only respond to Instagram when you publicly complain on their advertising photos. The responses have been appalling and unacceptable with the issue still unresolved and the company refusing to refund me and cancel the order stating it’s a “warehouse issue�- absolutely unacceptable. Never had such a horrendous shopping experience, exemplified by the fact I have never written a review before. Do not buy from here!!! Have warned all of my friends too.

LOVE THEIR SWIMSUITS!! Great confidence boost

I LOVE Frankie’s bikinis. After years of searching for a swimwear brand that would make me feel good in my body, I found Frankie’s. It’s expensive for sure, but the quality of the material is superb, so it makes up for it. They are establishing themselves as a luxury line and it’s working well. I feel so sexy wearing their bikinis. It gave my confidence a serious boost. I’m also so thankful they offer XS - anything above that wouldn’t have fit me because I’m a small girl. Lastly, my order was shipped and delivered within a week which is a great turnaround for regular shipping! I’m a happy (and now a loyal) customer ��
