I decided to try fresh prep as I heard you use reusable containers and for the one meal you did. The second meal was not. Just as much packaging as my other meal kit company. Also the portions are smaller than my other company. Your customer service is great! Delivery was great as well.

Fresh Prep has helped my family adjust to the scheduling of the fall and getting back into routine on the busy nights we are not home. Good recipes for the most part, however some ingredients are consistently not good quality:
- cut mango - does not last at all, if not used on the same day, you need a different system for mango.
- green onions& chives always brown
- tomatoes & avocado are ALWAYS hard

I love ordering from Fresh Prep. Especially with my changing schedule. It helps make my weeks go by with ease. I love the delivery process. Just wish you guys had a few better options but it’s okay. We've been ordering Fresh Prep for a little over a month now, and we are very happy with our decision to choose Fresh Prep. Meals are very tasty, decent sized portions, ingredients are fresh, minimal waste, and we get to try something new each week. By far the best quality meal kit…
By far the best quality meal kit company out of the ones we’ve tried.
The produce is fresh, we love the packaging and very little waste.
There is a great variety of options.
As with all other meal kits, we have to add extra protein and the price point is higher. Hence the 4 star instead of 5.

Delicious food
Okay I’m coming back in here to give a better review. I am by no means a chef. But fresh prep has made me enjoy cooking and it’s so easy. It’s awesome getting to pick your meals every week and they are pretty healthy too. Also it’s like REALLY yummy food. It’s a service with actual drivers not a mail service and the cooler bag system is awesome and WAY less wasteful. I’ve plugged fresh prep to a couple of my friends now. Totally worth it and you eat good at a great price, and really big portions! Highly recommend!
