Fresh Prep has the best recipes! Consistently delicious, easy to follow recipes, both meat free, and with a variety of proteins. Love the expanded number of other grocery items in the add-ons. Always delivered well packed with ice in cooler bags. We've been making Fresh Prep meals for 3 years now! We started when I badly fractured my ankle and was not allowed to stand for 3 months, and we've just kept going. We also wanted to limit our trips to the grocery store during covid, and this makes it so easy. We have less waste, and fewer rarely-used condiments in our fridge. Love Fresh Prep!

Have been using Fresh Prep for over a year now.

- Great variety each week for meat, vegetarian and vegan options alike. In a year, I have only found a handful of recipes I would not make again.
- Good customer service. Packaging mistakes are rare, but they take responsibility when they do.
- Good delivery flexibility and I receive notice of supply chain issues with ingredients or delivery ahead of time.

I’ve been ordering 4-5 meals a week from Fresh Prep for about a year and a half and I must say, the quality and variety of meals is great. I especially love that they are exploring sustainable packaging and that they support local businesses through both the meals and add-on menu. My family gets delicious meals in about 30 minutes and I no longer waste food that I have forgotten about in the bottom of the fridge!

I have used Fresh Prep every week for a long time now and we absolutely love it. Only thing is recently the Vegetarian meals have been a bit lacking in favour of making lots of Vegan meals which isn’t great for us. It would be better if there were vegan items on top of the vegetarian items or an option to make Vegan as most Vegan recipes don’t interest us and make the menu much smaller.

I lapsed once and tried another meal prep company. Okay, the truth, I tried a couple. Where are those boxes being shipped from? What do I do with them all? Where are the ingredients coming from?

I went back to Fresh Prep for several reasons.

FP is committed to local in the meal kits but also in the ever-growing Add Ons of local products--love those.

FP has introduced reusable packaging and recycles everything. Yeah.

FP has better and healthier meal choices.

FP has a friendlier website.

Whenever I have contacted FB about anything I get a reply from a Real Person.

Whenever I recommend FP to someone, which is often, and they join, which is always, I get a free meal.

Lots of variety. Most meals are easy to make, even for someone who isn't confident in the kitchen. Don't think I could ever go back to meal prep on my own.

Fresh Prep is a nearly flawless service. Most importantly, the recipes are very tasty. Beyond that, order fulfillment is great, and ingredient quality is excellent. Errors in orders are extremely rare, and I’ve been receiving four meals weekly for almost two years. If I could take off a half star, it would be for limited to no options for high protein/low fat meals. I reduce the added fat while cooking to reduce calories, but the average meal clocks in around 1000 calories if prepared with all added fat called for. So that’s a bit hefty if watching calories.

FreshPrep has been our meal provider of 3 meals a week for over a year. We like the meals, the easy to understand cooking instructions and that ingredients arrive properly. I.e. meat, chicken and fish arrive frozen so we can safely store them in our freezer for a few days more if needed.If something goes wrong, they quickly respond to feedback and have taken lots of steps for improvement. The quality in quantity and quality in ingredients is now consistent.

The FreshPrep service is exemplary. I appreciate the time it saves, the variety of food it provides, from local sources as much as possible, and the education on new tastes that I may never have tried otherwise. The quality has been consistently good. We rarely go to a restaurant now. Why would we when we have as good as, or better, food at home that is so easy to prepare? I also appreciate FreshPrep's drive to be more recyclable and sustainable. Variety, choice, convenience, local, sustainable, quality, reliable are all words that describe FreshPrep. Thank you for your hard work. And thank you to the drivers who deliver in all conditions.

I've been a FreshPrep client since 2018 and it has changed my life. I love that they are a Vancouver based company and that they source locally as well. I am also impressed with their community services.
I live on my own so eating healthy and consistently was pretty hard to get motivated about. With the meals they provide I get the enjoyment of cooking, which I love, without the hassle of thinking about it, which I hate. Every meal I've had has been DELICIOUS

Generally tasty and easy enough to prepare. They have a good variety of option that cater to different diets ( i.e vegetarian, gluten free, pescatarian etc). Also they are making strides in the low waste department. Only gripes would be occasional quality control issues with missed ingredients etc...

Have been a subscriber since 2019. Tried it out for a short time and decided to continue as it improved the mealtimes at my house tremendously and made it easy for me to cook delicious, healthy and easily put together meals. Plus with everything prepackaged the headache of finding condiments and spices is not a worry anymore. My children called me a walking advertisement for Fresh Prep.
