It is so bad that our local store no longer accepts points on your loyalty card to use against a purchase. They say that I can no longer spend them in store because of their system. Apparently you can only use points on line or travel a long way to a giant main store. I used to be able to use them in my local store. I think it's really bad I can no longer do this. I won't be going in store as much, I will probably go elsewhere.. The system is rubbish, you should be able to use points wherever you make your purchase.

Went to pay at the till for 2 items which had sale tickets on them. When the sales assistant asked for £40 I queried it as one item was £10 and the other £15. She wasn't a Game employee so had to call for assistance. Someone came but she had to go to him and explain. He told her to tell me he couldn't sell ot for that although the sale ticket was clearly visible. He didn't even bother to come and explain why and when I suggested he might want to take the sale ticket off and I thought that they were obliged to sell the item for the price marked he didn't even bother to reply. Rude and no customer service skills. Why leave a young assistant yo do your dirty work and then ignore the customer. I won't be returning here!
I recently reserved a PS5 for a Christmas present for my son, did everything correctly received email confirmation item was ready to collect, drove 20 miles to the Cheshunt branch, when I got there I was told by the manager himself, yeah I sold that one earlier, must have forgot to put a reservation sticker on it, a sticker from a company that deals in technology? When I said what are you going to do about it to make this right, he said nothing, too late now sorry. Never use this company when there are far better out there is my advice!!
They won’t honour the 1 year warranty - said I should go to the manufacturer.
Followed the link that game sent when they replied to my original review. They won’t honour a years guarantee. Wasted 2 days with the customer service team.
Shame - used to be my go to shop for gaming. The staff at Enfield were great.

Not honoring sale item prices

Oculus 2
Son desperately wanted an Oculus 2, we went in to Game and had a few questions, the member of staff was very helpful, polite, courteous and very friendly. Son came out very excited after purchasing said console.
