Extremely rude and condescending store…
Extremely rude and condescending store manager. I brought a game back that didn’t work he suggested that I had scratched it and then smudges on games make them don’t work and advised the correct way to pick up a disc. Wouldn’t refund or exchange just was smarmy. Needs an attitude adjustment and a look at the policies.
I already have I was also told I would receive a call from the area manager which didn’t happen
Your online support are as useful as your store managers. I just want someone to speak to and you won’t do that.
