Terrible company who are unwilling to…

Terrible company who are unwilling to offer a full refund for a unopened ps5 game that my partner had already bought me for christmas.shocking company policy and very unhelpful manager amanda mcclean in the irvine store.i was offered store credit or the game back even tho my partner had already bought me the game for christmas.i had full receipt of purchase and unopened game yet i couldnt get my money back.shocking service i will never use your company again! 0/10

Update on my game review......head…

Update on my game review......head office got back to me saying how sorry they were for the way the manager treated me and my wife but they were sending my complaint to the store but they are not going to tell me what the management at the Irvine store have got to say about the way they treated us or dealt with my complaint...look like no-one at game cares how there staff treat members of the public.....same AI response can a real person not answer reviews??????

The staff at the Irvine Branch are…

The staff at the Irvine Branch are informative and helpful. Often guiding me to products that fit my taste in games perfectly. Alan in particular has for many years now stopped me from making purchases I would regret, and finding suitable alternatives.
