Terrible company who are unwilling to offer a full refund for a unopened ps5 game that my partner had already bought me for christmas.shocking company policy and very unhelpful manager amanda mcclean in the irvine store.i was offered store credit or the game back even tho my partner had already bought me the game for christmas.i had full receipt of purchase and unopened game yet i couldnt get my money back.shocking service i will never use your company again! 0/10
