Everything is very expensive. The stores themselves are 30% games and 70% kids toys.

RESPONSE TO GAME: there's no need to submit a ticket. If this wasn't such an automated response you'd see exactly the issue stated and that it isn't a personalised review.

However I will add that the one time I went to purchase a game (f1 2022). We took the game tk the counter to be told its out of stock

Good customer service, the assistant helped me to combine our reward accounts up as couldn't do it online when I bought the elite account.
When buying our joy con's she showed us all the choice they had so my son could choose.

My husband and I went in to look for presents for our son who is turning 5 we was very excited but the man behind the counter was moody and not helpful you need happier staff
