Abysmal customer service, the guy who served me didn鈥檛 seem to care and the staff next to him was chatting to a customer, I had to wait 1 minute in an empty store before I was called over, I find this extremely rude and not professional. This was at the Redhill store.

Ordered items to be delivered to local store on Monday charged 拢4.99 1/2 days delivery now Friday no email to say when they might be delivered unable to contact anyone went to store unable to refund or cancel. Online the same now have to wait for them to be delivered to store and returned to their offices for refund buyers beware disgusting service. Refund at last minus 拢4.99 their delivery to store charge which was delivered to late to give. BUYERS BEWARE

I been shopping with game for years since I was a teenager and they had a different name. Excellent service and full range if games and toys that are all cool. I'm also really happy that I managed to get my limited edition game too
