First job - Supply & install cushion floor in new kitchen - 17th of July, 2017: The quote was quite reasonably priced, with Rick working with Home Hardware staff, arranging a date to coincide with the old cabinet removal. Adam arrived on time and the work completed without issue, and we were extremely happy with the results.
Second job - Supply and install main stair carpet and underlay. Again - the same fast, proficient and professional service from Adam, and the stairs now look fantastic!

The staff are always friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - and often went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Well worth the five stars!

we had a small thing that needed corrected. After we contacted the company the installer came out very shortly and fixed the minor problem.

Richard met with us & provided us with various alternatives of how we could replace the carpet in the bedrooms & upstairs hallway. We were then able to pick something that was within our budget & he was willing to adjust his price in order to make it happen. The work was done professionally & within our timeframe. All around, a good price & a good job!

From start to finish, every single person went above and beyond! Rick recognized that I wanted a cheaper flooring option and gave me a quote which fit my budget, Brian was so patient with me while I discussed changing the installation date, and Wes offered to shave the bottom of my door so that it didn't rub against the carpet. Each of them were totally focused on my needs and preferences. Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend this store for any of your flooring reno's. Wes did a super job removing old vinyl flooring and installing new vinyl laminate click flooring. We will be contacting them in the future for.more flooring installations.

I recently had both carpet and flooring installed by the team at Hamstra's. From choosing the flooring right through the to installation was made easy. We live in an older home and Rick made several trips to our home to give us advice on what needed to be done ( we chose to prepare the floors ourselves) to get the floors ready to be installed. Brian made the scheduling easy and Wes did our install and he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and a very talented installer.
All in all we would definitely use Hamstra's again !!
