I ordered two LED badkamerlamp Mini II, and when the electrician put them up, one of the glass lamps turned out to be broken. When I emailed customer service, asking if it was possible just to buy a replacement glass lamp (I did not know at what stage it had broken), they called me straight back, and straight away offered to send me a replacement lamp, at no cost. It arrived so promptly I was able to fix it in time for my family coming for Christmas. I love the lamps and I appreciate the fantastic customer service! I will buy from you again, thank you.

Ordered with home24 2 sofas and some small accessories over last year. First sofa arrived perfectly. With second we had issue 3 times due PostNL. Home24 each time tried to help, overall was responsive and can say that at the end despite difficulties was happy story with happy end.

Surreal delays & total deception - AVOID!!
Honestly the worst customer service and supply chain experience I've ever had. Recommend to completely avoid Home24, or at least resign yourself to having to wait 1 year or more for delivery.
We ordered a couch in June 2024 for delivery in August 2024 ahead of the arrival of our baby in November 2024. It is now November, and the only thing that has been delivered is our baby!
For more than four months since August the 'Order' details on the website has been secretly updated by Home24, claiming the sofa will be delivered in two weeks from that date. Yet the same pantomime has been going on for four months - with delivery now estimated for December 2024!
We've made six calls to NL customer service in four months. Each time we are sincerely assured that the sofa will be delivered on the stated date on the website (in the next two weeks), only for the 'Order' details to be secretly updated again a few days later to add another two week delay (initially to late August, then to early Sept, late Sept, early Oct, late Oct, early Nov, late Nov, now mid December 2024).
On our latest call (to head-office in Germany) they claimed there is no record of when the couch will arrive in the warehouse - yet insisted it would still be delivered in December. If not, they assured we could apply to get a refund or a 'discount' (as if this makes up for a six month delay, or potentially never receiving the sofa!).
Of course, we all know delays happen in supply-chains. But clearly they have no idea about product delays yet have decided it is better for business to deceive their customers into thinking delivery is 'just around the corner' so you don't order another couch with a competitor that will arrive much sooner. We've been waiting months for someone to give us an honest delivery date - but afraid we'll be waiting till our son's first birthday!
Recommend to completely avoid Home24, or at least resign yourself to having to wait 1 year or more for delivery.
