I had preordered some goods from their website and one of the items had gone out of stock with their supplier. I adequately received an email about it and the item that was now no longer to be delivered, was indeed deducted from the amount held on my card(they don’t take the payment until shipment).
There was also a minor delay in delivery of the other goods to their end, which they also sent an email about, apologising for the delay. Things like that happen and are out of their control and personally I don’t mind it nearly as much when I’m kept so well informed.
When the other 2 items I purchased arrived, I was actually surprised at how well it was packaged. It was clearly done with great care. Nice layer of bubblewrap and well padded.
I will absolutely buy from iMusic again in the future and recommend them to others. Thank you for the great customer service iMusic!
