Horrible Customer Service and Slow Shipping
Ordered on November 24th, needing it for December 23rd. I even got expedieted shipping- It was supposed to arrive in 10 days. That seems like plenty of time!? Nope. After about 1.5 weeks and no shipping confirmation I called, called again a few days later, emailed, dmed on instagram, and called again later! Finally got a call back Around a week and a half after my initial call and they told me one item wasn’t in stock so they were waiting to send the whole order- they asked if I wanted the rest shipped early- UH DUH. When I ordered from the Bay the same day they sent half my package because some items werent in stock- but I still got both packages after about two weeks after ordering!! Was hoping to get the rest of the package for the 23rd but it isn’t going to arrive until the 24th :( Just go to the Bay- they have a lot of the same products and are so much more reliable for the $5 price difference.
