Having used a water kettle/boiler at my brother's house on a recent holiday, I realised it would be ideal for my elderly parents.
Checking Kogan during the post-Christmas sales, i saw a discount and bought one for myself at the same time.
I ordered on Friday, had it delivered to my parents the next Tuesday. Perfect experience.

Ordering was flawless. However was notified of delivery on 18/12/24 but now on 19/12/24 there is no sign of it . I am anxious as need for 21/12/24 It has not been delivered to the Office of my Retirement Village at 11Araucaria Way where all mail needs to go to be distributed I am wondering where it has gone. Appalling customer service and faulty product
On 01/01/2025 I purchased a Fortis Walking Pad. It was delivered on 03/01/2025 and I unpacked it two days later on 05/01/2025. The belt was to one side, and I followed the troubleshooting instructions which made it worse to the point the belt was getting caught. I lodged an ‘issue with my product’ through their website immediately. I received an automated’ ticket number’. I emailed to request an update on the enquiry 3 days later (08/01/2025). I requested a refund and to organise a shipping label to return the walking pad on 09/01/2025. I demanded a refund on 13/01/2025. I have received no communication from Kogan in this time, while of course being spammed with their promotional material.

Kogan says shipping within two days but two weeks later I am still waiting.
Yesterday they say they attempted delivery. I was home but they say the door bell and building intercom did not work. Funny that Amazon delivery driver was able to use both on the same day.
Currently I have no idea where my items are and am force to cancel the order to try to get my money back.

it should be a 0 star, purchase the item (listed instock and ship within 22-4 business day), seller didn't even have stock, delay and delay for weeks, then for refund and no answer, request for refund from customer case and recieve no response and when they response, they ware investigating into the matter bnut nothing is done for weeks, until i request help from Paypal then still take two week before i get my refund back. will cancel my membewrship from kogan and never buy from them again

Trying to get some feedback on a product we received which was not what we ordered paid by after pay and cannot stop payment otherwise would. Planning on using this on a 6-week holiday which we especially bought for. Would like a reply asap as we are due to leave on our holiday in a couple of days. We Ordered this item in time for Christmas did not arrive so by the time we got back for our Christmas break it was disappointing to find out we had the wrong product. This has happened before with another company (wrong product sent) and had the same drama, from now on will make sure the company has a real person to contact instead of a flawed system.

Customer service will ignore you
I purchased a new computer monitor with the expected arrival time being within a week, three weeks later no update from Kogan. They do not have a direct customer line I can reach out to so had to go through their website. No reply after a week, sent three follow up replies, no answer, after one month and a week I finally get an update telling me it was lost in transit and I can request another replacement or a refund.
I point out how poor this timing and response was but requested the refund. No reply for another week, I put a resolution through PayPal, all of a sudden I get a response which completely ignored most of the points I mentioned about then ignoring my emails and how long it took but told me they were ready to refund me my money, which I found to be interesting timing after being ignored for a week, yes as soon as I put through the resolution they get back to me.

Kogan Service is terrible
I purchased the Kogan XPRESSO 15.6" Full HD Stackable Dual Screen USB-C Portable Monitor (1920 x 1080). It was advertised as plug and play but requires specialist software to run. It doesn't power on after 3 days. I have written to KOGAN many times, they have not responded to my emails. The worst service I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM KOGAN, FAULTY PRODUCTS.

Kogan & their couriers are crap!
I ordered a new TV from Kogan on the 30th December. It was dispatched the next day, due for delivery on the 2nd January. When it hadn't arrived , I checked Allied Express for tracking details. The Proof of Delivery photos & signature had nothing to do with my house. I contacted both Kogan & Allied to find out what happened. Allied told me they would retrieve the item & deliver it to me the same day. When I had heard nothing by 3pm, I rang them & was told it was in their depot & would be delivered Monday the 6th. I checked Allied's track & Trace Monday morning & the pictures showed it dumped at an industrial facility somewhere. Again, I contacted both Kogan & Allied. Allied told me it had been returned to the sender- it was now out of their hands. Kogan had to re-consign it & notify Allied. I have contacted Kogan Customer Care through their website daily & sent several emails to support@kogan .com but have yet to receive a reply. This has gone on for nearly two weeks & in the meantime, out old TV has stopped working so we are without a TV while the grandkids are here- not a happy scenario! I've now tried to get a full refund but am not very optimistic.

Bought a eufy robovac from Kogan. It was faulty and did not work. Have sent 17 emails to customer support and received no resolution, and unhelpful one, or two line answers. Three months later, clawed money back via credit card. Reported to Consumer Affairs. Suggest pay a bit more and purchase from a reputable company.

DON'T BUY! Bought a BOGO sim deal and only got one sim and it's now been one and a half month since i've been arguing with them to give me what i paid for but they seem to say a lot of stuff and do absolutely nothing to act on it.
