You need to stand behind what you sell, and don't buy from cheap, garbage suppliers, junk products with only your and their protection in mind. Think about all the hardworking people you have ripped off! I have read your reviews and they are all BAD! Guess you don't care. You suck BAD Robert Halloran

The worst dishwasher I have ever had. Falling literally apart. It’s not 4 yrs old. Was delivered Dec 2/20. Whirlpool. Model WDT975SAHZ0. The top rack fell out loaded broke some good china Called Whirlpool in States. Told me to call Mellish in OS. Totally useless charged me 183 or so service call. Guy said he did not carry that kind of equipment. Frankly he was brain dead. Useless. Then I called another company. Deans repair. He bought a kit from Toronto tried to fix the top rack that fell out. It was the wrong part or something. Did not work So he came back. Replaced it with another repair kit. It’s worked so far. Another over 200 $. Plus numerous stuff on the inside on all racks falls off. And now tonight the handle on the left hand side of the door has fallen off. A piece of junk.
Not withstanding a normal cycle takes 3. 5 hours. Totally ridiculous! I’ve had it. Will never buy Whirlpool again. It needs to go and be replaced free of charge. It’s junk.

The service was awful. They hung up on me as soon as I called to file a claim for my furniture. The warranty should have covered wear and tear, but they added conditions that I was unaware of when I bought it, and now I am stuck and can’t do anything to change it. Be careful before purchasing for them.

Windsor store

Windsor store. We bought a stove on Friday and was told we would get a call on Monday to verify the time of delivery on Tuesday. The caller said it would be delivered in 3 weeks. After complaining we got a text giving us a delivery time the next day, As the delivery time passed we got a call saying they had broken the glass door and it would be (strangely) 3 weeks before they could get another. Refunded and took them off my list of stores to buy from.

Horrible customer service

Leon's has the worst customer experience you are likely to find anywhere. I bought a mattress from them and paid to have the old mattress taken away. What Leon's requires you to do for that is to drive out to their store to pick up a bag to put your old mattress in, this is a 90 minute round trip for me. The delivery people wouldn't bring a bag with them. We asked to use the plastic wrap the new mattress would come in but were told the delivery people wouldn't wait while the old one was put in the bag. We cancelled the order due to this. Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay away.

Leon's store in Brampton

Leon's store in Brampton. Wanted to give less than 1 star, however Google has no option for that.
I went in to buy a refrigerator on a day before Black Friday. Entire experience was a horrible and a pathetic customer service.
Issues with Leon's sale:-
1) They made me sign a delivery declaration stating that I am releasing them and their delivery guys of all liabilities in case something goes wrong or damages happen while delivery and the document is vague which can be detrimental to customer's interest. Please see the attached picture of that document.

2) I paid extra for hauling away old fridge. They did't mention anything about dismantling the old item. Old people, people with no handyman experience should avoid going to this store unless you are ok to hire some appliance technician to dismantle old item before they can haul away. Their website also does not mention about the dismantling part. Their delivery guy came in measured the door, the fridge and advised cannot haul away old fridge as doors are not removed. They took the new one back to store.
As a result, I had to go back to the store to get a refund. Result, I wasted 2 hours the day of purchase and had to wait for the delivery guy and go back to the store for refund.

3) No one is ready to take responsibility of the loss to the client. I spoke to their delivery manager "ABHI" who simply said you can get a refund and delivery guys cannot haul away as doors are not removed. When I asked why it was not mentioned to me by sales rep at the time of sale or on their website. They said it is there in their site and they expect customers to have some dismantling skills of items. Seriously, expecting clients to dismantle electrical appliances. Disappointing fact is that they did not mention this, due to which I had to waste few hours of my busy time. When I mentioned about posting my experience in social media to see how other customers react, ABHI "POLITELY" asked me to leave comments on Google reviews which I am doing now. Wish he recommended few more sites to express my feelings. Though this part is sarcasm, but he did asked me to put a review, showing their careless attitude towards customers experience. They lack empathy and sympathy towards customers, as they think no matter what customers think, once they advertise with some discounts, customers would throng their shop and hence makes no difference to their business.

Sad part, may be that's how it is, I guess. This saga of bad customer service will continue to flourish as long as this attitude continues.....

On the whole experience was below average and bottom line not a good brand to shop. If this is the experience with a brand new sale can see how their after sale attitude would be after sale.

Can't stress enough, please, old people, people lacking handyman experience stay away from these guys unless you are willing to spend some extra bucks on appliance guys to dismantle old items.

75" LG NANOCELL CRACKS

I bought LG 75" TV with warranty I paid $1804.83 from Leon's company at Brampton on the 10th of October 2024 and the TV was brought to my house on the 12th of October 2024. The driver plug 🔌 the TV and it was on and the driver removed the plug immediately and what I noticed is that the driver and the colleagues that brought the TV inside my house dropped the TV carelessness on the floor without any caution ⚠ but I did not read meaning to it until when the registered electrical came to mount it on the wall for me came same day.

The electrician said he needs to plug it and see that is working perfectly before he mount it on the wall which is the policy of their organization and fortunately the TV was on and it off immediately 🙄 and meanwhile there was cracks on the side that was dropped when they brought it into my house.

I called the customer service and explained but they told me there is nothing they can do about (no humans feeling) I cried because it is my long term savings 😢 🙃 and I bought the TV because of my children for this upcoming Christmas for them to be more happy. I am a single parent and I was so sad and my children were sad seriously for this bitter experience from Leon's company.

I called the Leon's headquarter to have mercy but they only told me that they can refund my warranty only. The warranty is a scam, but I am going to report them to CP24 about their fake warranty they pose on customers.

Won a 25% discount through their Sale....don't fall for it!

My Husband and I bought a Sofa from Leons Barrie. It was their week for purchases to be discounted if you picked the winning numbers. We happened to be lucky and got the 25% off discount on our new sofa. That was Sept 4, 2024. I have tried constantly to have our sales rep call us with a delivery date. We were orignally told mid to late September. Finally after 1-2 weeks of trying to get the rep to call me....(note: Customer service dept told me 3 times they have asked her to call me) I was told today, October 11th that the product will not arrive in our warehouse until the END OF OCTOBER and then it would take 2 weeks to be shipped from Toronto to Barrie???? It is a 45 minute drive??? So fed up as they keep extending our delivery date!! Probably cancelling order tomorrow. Just wondering if this is want they want for us to cancel as by giving us the 25% discount that we legally won....it would be in their best interest for us to give up waiting and cancel as they could then put on the full original price to the public. Don't fall for this Leon Sale of win your % in discount you will be waiting forever for the product. Never, Never shopping again in Leons....NO Customer service!!!

Myself nor my family will ever step…

Myself nor my family will ever step foot in Leon's again and spend our hard earned money. I bought a $3000 sectional. The salesman convinced me that I needed to scotch guard it for an extended warranty. I was sceptical but he assured me that even if I tore it accidentally, it would be repaired under warranty. Well three months after bringing it home, the material started matting. Just recently I was trying to move the sofa and the material tore open. I went to Leon's and asked about the warranty. I was told that they don't have anything to do with it. I had to call another company. So I went through the warranty process, just to be told my tear in the fabric wasn't covered and I'd have to pay to get it fixed. Why did I pay for a warranty? Save your money people. Don't shop at Leon's.

When I looked at the couch and chair

When I looked at the couch and chair, the young sales person that helped me said if I wanted a different colour it would have to be made. She said it would take 6 weeks. When I said I would like to be able to co-ordinate the removal of my old furniture with the arrival of my new furniture so that there was not a large gap of me being without a couch and chair, she said no problem they would work to co-ordinate that. When I went back to purchase the couch and chair she then told me it would be 8-12 weeks to be made and delivered. I asked her again before the purchase if they could co-ordinate with me the removal of my old couch and chair with the delivery of my new couch and chair and was told yes no problem. The couch and chair in fact took 13 weeks and I was told that for the delivery they would let me know the day before when it would deliver. When I asked if they could deliver after a certain time, they said no they could not do that. The delivery would be at their discretion. I wanted to remove the couch and chair in the morning and have the delivery after 12:00. But they could not work with me so I had to have them removed the night before by 6:00 pm and sit on a kitchen chair until delivery at 11:00 am the next morning. Really uncomfortable for someone who has slight back issues. My suggestion is that you do not tell a customer whatever they want to hear to just to make a sale. I really would have wanted to know up front how the experience was going to go. Having said that, I will say that the guys that delivered the furniture were very fast and efficient It is the first time I have bought something from Leons's and thinking I will never go back.

We purchase a hide a bed from Leons in…

We purchase a hide a bed from Leons in June within a few days the Armrest (That has a very thin board under the fabric ) cracked. We submitted a warranty claim right away, the tech looked it over and said it was not repairable and a new armrest would be ordered. I have been trying to get updates on when I can expect a new armrest ever since. Excuses are: manufacture wont send one till they have a full shipping container. I have also asked if they could replace it with one from Stock, Which I was told was not possible. It is now Mid September and I still have a damaged couch. This would be unacceptable in any other industry to wait this long for a warranty repair.
I have not received any communication from Leons, all communication has been instigated by my Wife and I. If I have a choice of an alternate furniture store I'd advise you consider them first.

Purchased 30" LG refrigerator and received exceptional service throughout the process

On Friday, September 6, 2024, I purchased a 30" LG refrigerator. Arrangements were made for its delivery on Sunday, September 8, 2024, between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call and an email on Saturday, September 7, 2024 informing me of the scheduled delivery time. On Sunday, prior to 9:00 a.m., I was contacted again to confirm that the delivery team was en route and would arrive at my residence in approximately 30 minutes. SC DELIVERY MGR delivery personnel arrived at my home before 9:30 a.m. They displayed a significant level of professionalism, consistently prioritizing cleanliness, respectfulness, and careful handling of the product during the process.
I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone involved, from the sales representative Nadeem to the scheduler and the SC DELIVERY MGR delivery team. Each individual played a significant role in ensuring that this experience was both pleasant and stress-free. This has been a highly positive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Leon's, located at 20 McLevin Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario.
Kudos to all!!

I ordered a kitchen table from Leon’s

I ordered a kitchen table from Leon’s, found it impossible to assemble. They argued with me then told me I had to hire their technician to assemble. Technician advised that screws were bent and stripped so he used rachets and a drill to complete. I was charged $75 for their service. Buyer beware as this company will lie to you and bully you

HORRIBLE.

HORRIBLE.. STAY AWAY..

They sold set of furniture stating it will be available in couple of weeks (end of June). Once the time came they advised that this is a special order and it can take 8-12 weeks. Manager of the store advised there is no refunds on special orders. None of this was explained before selling, they just took the money and that is it. Sales person won't even call back. They keep saying it will come in soon but no one knows when.
