I am so happy with the service I have received from this fabulous company.

My order came very quickly which I was not expecting. One of the items had a minor fault so I contacted the company
via Facebook. The whole process of resolving the situation took less than 45 minutes from when I sent the first message. Natasha responded initially following by Ellie who followed through and completed everything for me, with a replacement being item sent.

To be totally honest I did not expect everything to be concluded so quickly but I am thankful it is.

Compliments are truly deserved - thank you!

Fantastic customer service from Emma! My wife and daughters are MDV customers and I needed to return an item I bought as a Christmas present. It was outside the normal 28 days but the website offered an extended return period. Couldn't be done on the website but contacted support on Whatsapp. Took about 7 minutes to get it all sorted and a QR code sent. Great service and so easy. Thank you Emma!

Great looking clothing style while not being massively overpriced. Ordered a jacket on sale for a steal of a deal and the item fits as it's advertised.

Also contacted custom service regarding a q
uestion about another piece and I got an answer back within a few hours.

Other companies could learn a thing or two...

Exemplary Service from Start to Finish

I am so happy with the service I have received from this fabulous company.

My order came very quickly which I was not expecting. One of the items had a minor fault so I contacted the company via Facebook. I had to return an item with Manidevoir…

I had to return an item with Manidevoir . Seems like the Courier ( Evri ) takes longer than normal . I asked Emma for help and she didn’t hesitate to reach out and helped me out straight away . The quality of the trouser was good , customer service is great . Thank you Emma . Will shop again with Manidevoir

This is now my favourite brand of clothing. Amazing value great quality products and when I had an issue with a faulty item the customer service was exceptional. Other companies could learn a lot from maniere devoir on how to manage returns. 5*

Very disappointing

Very disappointing.
I ordered clothes worth 1400$. I wanted to return, paid for it and dropped this off at the usps on December 10th. Today is December 28th and this package is still at usps same place. I was contacting support for 10 days explaining them that I spoke to usps and they told me the third party supposed to come to pick this up and never did this. USPS told me to contact the store so they can figure this out I was contacting store every day, customer service didn’t care about anything I’m saying, even didn’t really read what I’m writing. Last email they sent - I have to wait January 6th:) I guess only after this day they will take an action. Terrible service, I don’t know how to get 1400 back and if I will ever get this

I love this brand

I love this brand , the clothes are immaculate and so stylish . The quality is very high and I love that the style is a mix of classy and edginess . I needed some help with an order and Mel from customer service helped me resolve it and was very quick to reply , happy with the service

Very bad with refund and response…

I placed an order with these people order number: 553731US order date: Nov 09, 24. It did not fit. I returned the order . I have not recieved any confirmtion of receipt or my money back to this day. when i tried to reach out this was their respone " Thanks for getting in touch with us.

I can see that this is still on the way to us and we kindly ask for you to allow some additional time.

As the courier received your return on the 23/11/2024, we kindly ask for you to allow until the 23/12/2024 for the return to arrive back to us.

We are unable to process your return any quicker than the above timescales or prior to this being successfully delivered. Please kindly allow this time to pass before contacting us again.

If you require any further assistance, please get back in touch with us" Over a month later still nothing from them. I have no idea how to get my money back about $500.
