Ordered a piece of hardware at a discount, and even though the site mentioned that it would be delivered the day after, it also mentioned that due to the high volume of purchases, it might take a day longer. And it did, the full 5 stars for a good and honest customer experience.
I'm sick and tired of shops that promise to deliver the day after and then just don't without any notification. I perfectly understand that running a business means that sometimes you cannot fulfill all delivery promises, but be upfront and honest about it. For me Mastertools has shown how to handle that situation, cudos for the team.
Mastertools.nl responded quite fast after asking them the progress of my order. I really didn't expect that. The package was well wrapped and I received it as i hoped. The price was very good! In the futur I defenitly will place more orders at Mastertools.nl!

Mastertools.nl is als webshop geregistreerd op 27 november 2008 door twee broers. Het bedrijf is top op heden nog steeds in handen van de broers en is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een top 3 speler in Nederland op het gebied van professioneel gereedschap. Het streven is natuurlijk om de onbetwiste nummer 1 te worden in gereedschap in deze zeer competitieve markt. Wij zetten daarom in op tevreden klanten door transparantie, kundig personeel en elkaar te behandelen op een manier waarop wij ook zelf graag worden behandeld. Trustpilot reviews zien wij als een mogelijkheid om te verbeteren op basis van de gegeven kritiek. Positieve reviews zijn natuurlijk fantastisch, daar doen wij het voor.
