So far so good! I wanted a powerful yet simple tool that focus mainly on making slideshows and I found one! Simple yet powerful everything is working smooth so far no crashes and rendering seems to work seamlessly!

Exceptionally Good Software! Easy to learn, simple - yet powerful! Trim ends, Split Video, Chromakey, Motion-tracking... the works! i like how one can "drag" segments of video back & forth. In short - this is unusually good and user-friendly software.

It's really good software, and I'm glad I signed up. Only complaint I have is the push to buy more or upgrade when you save/close. Marketing that is pushy does not appeal to me.

I first used their free version circa version 1.9.0 and it was great, fast and though that version had specific hardware requirements, I specifically built my machine to meet those requirements.
Flash forward to 2024 and I had the opportunity to purchase a Premium Lifetime License for their Video Converter. I know from experience GUI can change from version to version, but how different the version I have now to the original I used four years ago. Ack. It was a learning curve.
The funny thing is I still have the previous version and it could convert the file I wanted to convert. The new Premium version does it faster, but the output using their default file format proved to be a miss. The original file format is MP4 but the output file can't be played. My player opens and attempts to read the file. I see the opening credits, then the program exits.
I am currently opened a ticket with MovAvi seeing I have a Premium Lifetime license and hopefully they can help me solve this. So for now the 4-star stands.
IMO, the older v1.9.0 though slow was a 5-star on its own. But this newer version... Huh?

I had some trouble activating the Movavi Screen Recorder 21. The Support Team suggested I download the next version - Movavi Screen Recorder 22 - gave me a new activation key and thus solved my problem promptly. Thank you Movavi!

I have used this Film Editor now for years to provide my students with films of my lectures. Unfortunately, there are too many cases where this Editor does not work (Zoom sessions, iPhone movies). Moreover, I am repeatedly asked for the activation code, very anoying.
Must say, waste of time.

100 % recommend. Super easy, handy, amazing software to create wonderful videos. I use it for travel videos!!!!! Been using it for over 6 years already and I am sure that the application has way more to offer then I use.

For a non-techy human, Movavi is JUST what the doctor ordered with continual improvements over the 5 or so years I've used the video editor product. Upgrading to newer versions is a snap with your activation key. Thanks for all the great features Movavi team!

The program allowed me to create a 2 minute video and then only allowed me to export 1 minute of it. So pretty much useless without the paid subscription. I am so sick of having to subscribe to everything. Not very intuitive, kind of a chore to use really. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

We are sorry that you are disappointed and would like to draw your attention to a couple of things.
The free trial version is intended only for familiarization with the program tools. You can read about this during installation, when you select the option "I accept the terms of the license agreement". By selecting the option, you confirm that you have read the terms and agree with them.
If you use the free trial version to export a video, it will have a watermark. To save a video without such a mark, you need to buy an activation key and enter it into the program.
