I first read the reviews below and was a bit concerned, but still decided to give it a try because of the good prices and convenience. To my surprise, my order was shipped on the next day and was delivered in three days, which was earlier than the estimated date. The products inside the package look all in good condition. I guess either I've just got lucky, or they do have improved their logistics issue. Will continue buying from them in the future.

I ordered multiple things from this site. The only time I ever needed support was when my mouse started having double clicking issues. I had to return the mouse twice, which they gave me a replacement once and then second time just a full refund, due to their inability to get a hold of the exact same mouse model in the time of the quarantine.

Horrible customer service

Do yourselves a favor - avoid this place.

Update 2: After the parcel arrived I went to return it, expecting it to be a quick process. However no. This company does not even have a valid return code, which means you have to sit around for 7 full days for the parcel to get returned automatically.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

This place is absolutely awful. It is so terrible that it got me to make a TrustPilot account specifically so I can warn others about this particular store. At least the customer service is trying to save what little they can of the sinking boat.

As others have mentioned - delivery dates cannot be trusted. Random changes in delivery times, barely any information given about the status of specific orders.

My current order, a simple Corsair 1200x Shift PSU, is already over a month late from it's original estimated delivery date, and they told me that it could be a week, or two, more. I also had another package, worth ~2000€, ordered from them which was only a month late, how generous of them.

Never before in my history of building PC's, have I had this type of experience with an online store.

Do yourselves a massive favor, and never, never, NEVER, buy from this place unless it is the quite literal last resort. The "Last Resort" is what they should change their whole name to, honestly.

You will only save a little bit of money by using their services, and that money is not worth this horrid quality.

Update: After having read other reviews more I'm seeing claims of warranties not being honored, of open box mechanise being sold as brand new and customers even being delivered the wrong parts. With such supply shortages, how can you even manage to send a customer an incorrect product?

Also of course the "It will be arriving next week" treatment that some people have been getting for months. Months. I am glad I pulled out in my first month.

While they replied, they never had anything meaningful to say about these experiences, which tells me that they truly do not care.

This is not a store - they are running a scam.

I have decided to return and refund all of my orders from this store. I do not trust them with a total 2500€ purchase.

Given the current state of affairs, I wouldn't be surprised if the refund takes another 2 months, or doesn't arrive at all. At which point I am fully willing to contact my lawyer about the situation.

Do not even use as a last resort - avoid entirely.

Wrong delivery date

Got a bad experience with my order. Delivery should takes less than 2 weeks, as was promised when I'm placed an order. But in was take more than 2 months. I'm asked staff many times about my order status and got answer - in next week. But in next week nothing happens and receiving in next week response again.

Awful customer service and delivery

On December 3rd, I placed an order on the Multitronic website. Before doing so, I read numerous negative reviews but decided to proceed based on another customer’s experience, thinking that bad reviews often outweigh good ones. The product page indicated a delivery date of December 10th, which suited me perfectly. However, on the last day of the expected delivery, I still hadn’t received the package, and the order status read "Ordered from a remote warehouse."

On December 9th, I emailed them to ask when I could actually expect delivery, but I received no reply. Then, on December 11th, I emailed again to cancel the order and request a refund. This time, they responded within an hour. They immediately canceled the order, and the money was refunded to my card within three days.

I regret the lost time and the pointless waiting. This was my first truly bad delivery experience in Finland. Don’t order anything from this store if you value your time.

Delivery estimates changed 4 times…

Delivery estimates changed 4 times before they finally shipped my product. 3 weeks is way too long time to wait, also I would've gotten the same item cheaper and faster during black weeks from other stores.

Improve your estimates and customer service!

I recently ordered a couple of PC parts from Multitronic. The website was easy to use for ordering and navigating. However, issues arose after I placed my order.

The parts were supposed to come from "remote stock" and the website indicated it would take about a week, which was fine. However, after a week, the order status rined the same for about 4 days, showing "Packing started".

I assumed they had received the parts and were in the process of packing them, for me to pick it up from the store. After reaching out to them via email for an update, I was informed that one part was delayed and it would take an additional two weeks!

I informed the customer service representative, who did not provide a name and made the experience feel impersonal, that I wanted to cancel the order. I did not receive a confirmation from them regarding the cancellation. The only way for me to verify whether the order was canceled was by checking the order page on the website.

I wish they would communicate information directly to customers instead of leaving us in the dark. I don't think I'll shop here again, especially considering the other reviews about their inaccurate estimates and poor communication

Got faster than expected

I ordered on 28th Feb and got on 7th March, 2x32gb ram modules which I ordered was out of stock from everywhere and it was expected to arrive 12th march on every e-shop, however I got it quicker than estimated. What I recommend, if it is something you can wait and no find from anywhere else, order from multitronic, otherwise if you're in hurry, you may check other e-shop first and make your thoughts.(or if you already ordered from klarna expensive laptop and want pay from parts while not crossing the limits, my walley worked at least for me) However I recommend multitronic for the case of my product.

Avoid with all costs

Avoid with all costs. They're fats to take your money but will never deliver the item you purchssed. They never answer the phone. They may answer the email but too slow. Pay the extra 5€ to any other seller and get your item in time.

Slowest deliveries and no compensation

I ordered a gopro enduro battery from them on the 6th of December and still haven't heard of it. The store tells me that they have ordered it from the supplier but it will still take time at least to the end of the month. Worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase. No compensation for the slowest delivery either. Wonder if I'll ever even receive the order. Stay away or order at your own risk, delivery time seems to be many months at worse.

False Delivery Information

Made an Order online and paid on 3 Oct. It said "Delivered by 9/10 Oct", based on my zip. As I needed the items for 14 Oct this was perfect. However on 11 Oct the Order still wasn't even processed, so I cancelled the Order. At least they were really fast to confirm the cancellation, hence 2 stars, but otherwise 1 star. Don't trust their delivery timelines during shopping and don't order from them if you're in a hurry.

They sell, don't ship, and run out of stock

I bought a product from their website while it was showing a stock of 5 parts. After I bought it, the stock was reduced to 4, then 3, and so on until out of stock. I naturally was expecting the product to be shipped, but they did not ship the product. When I requested information on the tracking number, I was informed the product is out of stock and it will take 2 months for them to ship it. It is just insane, do not buy from the store, even if it is cheaper than somewhere else.

I'm giving 3 for their excellent and…

I'm giving 3 for their excellent and quick customer services. I ordered a GPU which was supposed to be delivered with 5-7 days as stated in their webpages but suddenly the estimated delivery was unknown after making the purchase. I contacted them and they said they do not know when the delivery will happen. After exchanging a few emails with them I decided to cancel the order which was cancelled immediately.
They need to be updating their website every now and then to avoid getting negative feedback. People at multitronic need to consider this seriously. It is affecting their reputation.
