Process and delivery was 5 star. We had ordered 6 dining chairs on a previous occasion and were extremely happy with them. At a later date we decided to order another pair, to make a coordinated set. Special attention to the serial numbers, company and matching upholstery to obtain the same product.
Ahh? We did not check the dimensions. Which were now substantially smaller. Yea, you could say our mistake?Yes. Check your dimensions if reordering at a later date.
This is what online shopping should be like! Having ordered goods from one company who promised a five day turnaround which took six months and another company who took my money then said they’d gone out of business, my faith in online shopping was severely dented. This company has restored that faith. The goods I ordered were cheaper than all opposition, I received instant email confirmation of the order and the goods turned up two days later, well before the advertised delivery date. I’d definitely use them again. Excellent service, thank you very much.
Ordered chair which was delivered in good time and well packed. Richard was excellent throughout the ordering, friendly, keeping in touch and very professional. Will not hesitate to use agian in the future. Had a previous chair of the same make but in leather. This one was fabric and not "cold" to sit on. The chair is extremely comfortable and not wearing at all

I ordered 2 chests of drawers and 1 set of tall drawers which weren’t in stock. I got an email from the company explaining the chests would be in stock before the tall drawers and did I want everything delivered together or 2 separate deliveries. It was great service to be given the choice. I chose 2 deliveries and received the 2 chests last week. They were delivered in perfect condition and I was kept up to date with the delivery time. A great service and I’m very pleased with the quality and value. I’d definitely buy from this company again.

After looking in vain for some dining room chairs I eventually found some I liked from this company on line. I spoke to a very personable lady who suggested I sent for a swatch of material to make sure they would fit in with my decor. This swatch arrived by post the next day. I then ordered 6 chairs. We were absolutely delighted by the quality and cost. They arrived within 3 working days and the instructions for fitting the legs was clear and easy to understand. Absolutely delighted. Thank you

Ordering online was easy. Ordered Desser 2 seater settee, 2 chairs & footstool all made to order. Was kept informed of expected delivery timescales, which were within 4 weeks & were met. Notified in advance of actual delivery date & timeslot. All went according to plan. We were contacted in advance to say the delivery van was about half an hour away. On arrival the suite was delivered unpacked and men took away all packaging. Conservatory suite was exactly as ordered. First class service all round. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

We ordered an electric fire from Newby House I terrors for a media wall we were having installed. We had to change the colour of the fire at short notice and there was time pressure to have it delivered on time. The service we received from Newby House was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner and the fire was delivered as promised and packaged well. We are really pleased with the fire it is great quality and was good value for money. At the moment it is unusual to come across such efficient service and I would not hesitate to use Newby House Interiors again.

I was looking for a ceramic table with gloss finish. Newby house interiors had the table I was looking for in a stylish design. The delivery was well packed and was quick and customer service team was helpful. The price was reasonable compared to other big furniture companies. The product was as described and The quality looks good. I believe it will last a long time.

Ordering our table was simple and easy and the price was excellent. The communications between us was all positive and the delivery process was also excellent giving us the time slot for delivery and a call 30mins before arrival. Two very helpful delivery people off loaded very carefully and waited until we checked everything was as it should be. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent company to deal with. I discovered Newby House Interiors because they supplied some stunning oak stick back chairs to a National Trust property that I rented for a week's holiday. I found the company very helpful and completely reliable. Usually chairs are sent out assembled but because I had family visiting they obligingly sent them out boxed up but with fittings supplied and offers of help if I had any problems in constructing them. The chairs were straightforward to assemble and look gorgeous in my newly fitted kitchen. I'd be very happy to use Newby again.

Horrendous. Coffee table arrived damaged and customer service manager, 'Richard' has been less than helpful. Had a very "can't be a**ed" attitude and was not at all understanding. I had to ASK for a part-refund and was told I couldn't have more than £15....for a piece that cost £175 that has significant damage.
I was also basically told that it was reduced so what did I expect...I was offered a replacement, but it took 3+ hours to build the damaged one I received and I wasn't filled with confidence when Richard told me I would have to check the contents of the replacement for damage before accepting the delivery....how can I do this when the packaging is like Fort Knox and I have a delivery man stood on the doorstep?

There may be some cases where we exercise discretion and offer compensation as a gesture of goodwill. This is usually done on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances and on this instance we could not offer anymore than you accepted. Any faulty items go back to our suppliers for credit as explained to you via email.
We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. As per our standard policy, when a customer encounters an issue with a damaged item, we offer two options: a replacement or a full refund. We take pride in handling these situations with professionalism and courtesy, just as we would with any other customer.
To avoid any frustration, we kindly advise customers who receive damaged items not to proceed with assembly until they have contacted our customer support team. Doing so allows us to assist promptly and ensures that all necessary protocols are followed to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
