Ships from China. If I wanted to order from China and wait for delivery from overseas, I could have done that myself and saved a lot of money. I intended to order domestically so that I could get these faster. Terrible customer support - it took weeks of back and forth to clear up one tiny order detail. I would wait days to hear back from them via email.

The worst communication I've ever experienced. Months of back and forth for a simple order. Days and in some cases weeks to get an email reply on a placed order. They gave an ETA for delivery, then told me there was an error and the bags haven't even been printed on the day they were supposed to be delivered to me. I responded saying can you get the bags to me in three weeks from that date and they said no. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company.

Good quality, easy to order and was kept updated on the process the whole way. I was worried that the parcel won’t arrive on time but since they use DHL then it was exactly on time.
Only thing was th
at at one point I needed to suddenly give my company tax and roi numbers, which could have slowed down the process had I not checked my inbox thoroughly.

I was a little disappointed in the items I received just not really being what I had expected. The stickers turned out good but a few of the pages arrived with creases from packaging/shipment and the tissue paper was A LOT smaller than I had realized. Seems like a lot of money for just a small rectangle of paper. Sizing of the paper was probably my own mistake.

Positives and Negatives - Read the Edit/Update!

I placed my order on November 13th, and had a quick initial process. They actually asked for my Photoshop file to manually fix some things, which I appreciated, but they also compiled some layers, which changed how some colors looked drastically. I pointed this out and Proof #2 was perfect. This is within the realm of the proofing process, so it's understandable.

My order was shipped December 4th, and arrived December 10th, however the print was wrong.

On December 11th, I reached out with images of the vast difference between the front page of my folded card, versus the back. Both sides are copy/pasted red textured layers. However, the back page is desaturated entirely. The front is vibrant and accurate, while the back looks like it stayed in the sun. Also to note, the front side has varying levels of red overall, but they're passable as printing differences, whereas the back is entirely incorrect.

They responded December 13th, and we corresponded for a few days. I was officially moved up to higher-ups to figure out how to fix the issue on December 18th... And that's the last I've heard from them.

I checked in today, but it's extremely unfortunate that it feels the only way to get a response is to check in on the process. I understand it's the holiday season, but there are some days from the 18th to the 23rd, and to have no update is disappointing.

It's a bit ironic that the company is called No issue, but every print had an issue. Seems like it should have been caught in QC.

Anyway, I'm leaving this review in hopes that it inspires them to get back to me. Whether a reprint or refund, because it is every folded card.

I would be so happy to update this with a positive note, if my issue is resolved soon.

**EDIT: On January 6th I received a response. They apologized for the delay and gave me a refund, in addition to a reprint, which wasn't expected and was appreciated. The reprint turnaround and shipping timeline were great for both orders.

The reprint has consistent red coloring and I'm happy with the reprint. There is a new issue though: The cut is untidy. By that I mean, the previous folded cards had a nice clean cut, however the reprint isn't neat and clean, it's very choppy. It's not a smooth cut, and on either face of the print you can see spots where the top layer of print has torn or worn away at the trim edges. It really looks like their cutter may need a new blade? I'm unsure.

Based on these two experiences, I believe this company has a ways to grow. I might suggest trying them if you're looking for a personal print, but when it comes to professionally sold items, I might suggest looking elsewhere, for now.

It's a shame, because their eco-incentives are pleasing, and I appreciate 0 plastic packaging, but the print is the most important goal here and it wasn't met well on either occasion.

Actually, Lots of Issues.

Long delays between emails in customer service, and still no product delivered to the shipping address 10 days after it says "delivered." Customer service fluffy and not specific when they have access to all of the detailed information. A phone number and actual human to speak to would be so appreciated. Standing by and meanwhile missing the holiday season. :(

I can't seem to talk to or email a real…

I can't seem to talk to or email a real person. I paid for expedited processing and the process was delayed from the start due the unfulfilled promise of receiving a proof within 24 hours. I received it a week after it was promised when I placed the order. I should at least get my expedited fee refunded.

SCAMMERS - Stole my money and ignored me

Ordered from them on December 4th and product was due arrive on December 5th and product has still not arrived. Evri says they never received anything from them.

0 customer support. Ignored me for over a week now. Stole my money.

Communication Issues & Missing Order

The inability to talk to an actual human or have a trouble shooting conversation has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ran into several issues with the order and delivery process and it took days if not weeks to hear back from anyone. I am still missing 9000 sheets of tissue paper even though my order says it has all be delivered. At this point, I would not recommend ordering through this company and I will not use the services again due to the lack of communication and errors. This is unfortunate since I do think the quality is good, but it's not worth the delays and headache. I'm still waiting to hear back on the missing part of my order.

Great - but terrible chemical smell!

I love the quality of the tissue and the print is really sharp! However the off-gassing smell of the tissue is really really strong. I havent felt able to use the paper yet because im worried the scent will transfer to the items in the package, or that it will be the first thing customers smell when opening the package. It's the only real downside, but its a big one!
