The second engineer who came to my property, no problem, The first engineer who should’ve came on the 13th of December was rude to me after I requested could he come back in 20 minutes? And I said he that he did not ring me to tell me what time he was coming roughly after that conversation he put the phone down on me and told me he was not doing the work. But the second guy who came, he previously rang me and told me what time he was coming nicest pie no problem.

The five star is for the Engineer who came to resolve our broadband issue with EE. Unfortunately he couldn't after two visits and was coming back for a third and he even tried to link me up remotely while at home.
I cancelled his third visit as it was the last day that I could cancel the 14 day trial period with EE before I was entered into a full contract.

Your engineer Jordan was here nice and early, I left him to get on with it. All done in relatively quick time, he cleaned up any mess that was made and checked that all was working and if I needed any help setting up phones etc with new password. Can't fault anything, great service

Second tech fixed our fault after a contractor unplugged our line! This is inexcusable behaviour, leaving us without Internet for nearly a week. A problem that need not happen if someone had done their job properly. Thank goodness our tech knew what he was doing!!

Excellent professional service.

The engineer was very professional polite and friendly. He was very competent in the job he was doing. Completed it with no problems and very quickly. I definitely would recommend company and have awarded them 5 stars 🌟

Internet hopeless

Internet hopeless, poor connection all over Christmas. Thank goodness for DVD’s and CD’s!
Engineer came to sort it out week before, but obviously not sorted enough.

Open reach are a joke! The speed is SLOWWWW!

Open reach! What a joke! The engineer couldn’t be bothered to clip the cable down the wall, he just ty-rapped it to the drain pipe, basically there lazy!
The speed is absolutely terrible! Wish we had stayed on the old copper, “it’s super fast� they say! B*****k’s!!!! “I say�!
Don’t bother changing until you really really have to, my mobile is quicker! Save your money and up your mobile data!

Been waiting over a month for…

Been waiting over a month for fibreoptic cable they cut my existing telephone line leaving nothing not telephone line or any broadband awaiting for them to come back... same messages every week rhe same not offering a time to be done...

disgusting company might go completely wireless using mobile broadband

Engineer was good at his job, but…

The engineer Taynen was clean tidy and efficient installing the new cable and the hub/router he made sure the Internet connection and Wi-Fi was correct, I’m not sure who was supposed to set up the TV Puk but it was left for me to get a friend in firstly to install it as I have a disability and also recovering from total knee replacement fortunately my friend was happy to deal with this for me and also help with getting my cameras, Alexa and Hive systems connected to the Wi-Fi, it is a shame that I was not advised this is what I would need to do or get done by somebody.

BT cancelled my contact ( I did nothing…

BT cancelled my contact ( I did nothing wrong, just had a letter saying “sorry you’re leaving�. It took five hours on the phone, one engineer who couldn’t put my internet back and forwarded it to OpenReach. Second engineer came and failed to connect my computer. I’m now awaiting a third visit tomorrow- I shall definitely make sure it’s working before he goes!

Don't sign up with Openreach!

A totally incompetent, useless company that was incapable of restoring our internet for 18 days! This was because their customer service support is not UK based & the numerous people we spoke to refused to pass on the correct information to the engineers.
