This review is a review after using OUINO for over a year. This company knows about language acquisition!
I am saddened that it is not as well known as it should be.

Here are my highlights:
1. The entire program can be downloaded onto a device and it updates automatically on WIFI. This has meant that I am able to access it at all times including on an airplane, bus or anywhere.

2. They use a recording of your own pronunciation and you compare it to native speakers. For me, this has been the most important feedback that I have ever received. I can practice over and over until I know that I got it right. I have been told by local speakers that I have great pronunciation. This is with OUINO's help.

3. I can choose my own path and hence can work on audio when I am by myself and other cases when I am in public. The biggest struggle here is the same as going to a buffet. There are many choices. The trick is to pick something and start working.

4. I have needed the company's help very early on with my Chromebook version. They responded quickly and fixed the issue quickly and importantly to me, in a very hospitable way.

I am embarrassed to say how many programs that I own and how many classes that I have taken before finding OUINO. This program is not a magic bullet. It still requires work. However, every moment spent working in OUINO has paid off. I cannot say the same for my other purchases. Ultimately, in terms of cost and productivity, OUINO is the bargain of all apps.

In my opinion, this is a much better program than Duolingo. With Ouino, I feel like I am really learning the language. I like the Ouino approach - very flexible, yet serious about really learning the language. With Duolingo, I feel like I am playing a game. One feature that I particularly like with Ouino is the ability to record myself speaking and then listen to the playback. I highly recommend Ouino if you you want to learn a language well.

The major advantage that made me choose OUINO, is the extreme flexibility in choosing the levels, topics and way to study without having to be forced to follow an imposed structure that might be too restrictive and counterproductive.

Ouino has a format that seems more progressive than other platforms I have used previously. I like how conversational Spanish seems to be a focus (which has been my priority) and I like how you can pick/chose your lessons but also how they have a recommended learning path. I like bouncing between the lessons and exercises as it holds my attention span longer but also having the recommended path to keep me on track.

I think you at the best language app to use but you are impossible to find.

I was trying to locate you to recommend to a friend and even when you type in roughly the correct spelling (Ounion), Google can’t find you!!! I had to dig out my old app to and type in Ouino. Even then you don’t come up on the review sites. Why don’t you fit this?

As a former French teacher, I like the way everything is so well explained. The program is easy to use and the spoken parts are clear. The addition of the “slow” sentences makes practicing easier.

Solid program. I like the flexibility and the array of learning options. I like how much incidental learning occurs while you are ostensibly practicing another part of the language. My only critique is that the translation isn’t always one to one but it’s been the language learning platform that keeps me on track. Worth it!

Hands down the best language app/program
around!! Don’t hesitate just buy it. It has everything you could possibly want and suits all learning styles. I wish I had found it sooner.

Focus on things other apps did not such as connecting words. Paced well - not too difficult too fast.

I love how the learning is structured in clear units, setting up flash cards and lessons for extra practice of weak areas. The lessons are beautifully crafted sequentially in a thoughtful progression. I tried another language program for several years and felt stuck and was annoyed by their endless repetition of the same lessons. I have been telling my classmates about your program as a great way to supplement our classes.

Great versatile product and super affordable. It allows you to customize your learning and jump to different sections and is the best product for the money out there!

I like the way you explain the grammar for each selection in a succinct way. The photos for each example help to keep my interest up in each lesson. At age 79, I have to repeat the lessons several times to reinforce my memory. I tried Duolingo for several months but it turns out to be more of a game than a learning app. Plus they don’t explain any grammar.

This is a very well structured and enjoyable language learning package to use. In my experience, if you're outcome / result oriented in your language learning, then this easily surpasses gamified options, such as Duolingo. The program seems to be fully informed by a genuine understanding of language acquisition models.

Additionally, since it is downloaded onto one's devices, it doesn't require the internet to be used. Simply, the next time you're online, it will update to the cloud.

Ouino Languages has the best app for learning Spanish. It covers all the aspects like grammar, vocabulary, learning verbs, conversation, reading and sentence structure. The videos have made things easier for me. I would highly highly recommend them to others that want to learn Spanish. Great job Ouino!!!!!

I listen to lessons while driving, working and at night while going to sleep. They are clear and easy to follow to me they're are excellent.

Ouino French is a complete language program. The language articulation is very good. Plus Ouino gives the opportunity to individualize the learning experience.
