Terrible for delivery, Terrible para la entrega

So far the experience of buying a Pemagaonline dryer has been hell, because we have been waiting 10 days just to find out when is delivery. After contacting the Barcelona company, they also don't know why the transport company is not responding or delivering. Very unprofessional.

Hasta ahora la experiencia de comprar una secadora en Pemagaonline ha sido un infierno, porque hemos estado 10 días esperando para saber cuándo nos la entregan. Tras contactar con la empresa de Barcelona, ​​tampoco saben por qué la empresa de transporte no responde ni entrega. Muy poco profesionales.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. To avoid.
I ordered a product (>1400€) which was supposed to be delivered in 24/48 hours.
It’s been more than 10 days and I have no information at all from the customer service despite several emails.
