From my experience pop telecom has the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. When I didn’t have internet for a few days and contacted them to see what the issue is, then it was solved within 24 hours (it was a physical fault outside property which needed to be fixed). Huge thanks to JR from customer service who did everything to make sure I’m up to date with what’s going on and that my internet is back on again asap. Thanks! 😊

The technical team of Mark, Winston and Cris looked after me over a few weeks while Openreach were tasked with finding out why my BB connection had deteriorated. The fix finally required a cable pair bypass and, eventually a dig to replace the final 15m of buried 1960's copper cable to my premises.
Great friendly team, including the many Openreach engineers that attended over a number of visits.

Kelvin was very helpful. Broadband not yet installed just purchased, so can’t as yet comment on the actual broadband speed etc. But fingers crossed will go smoothly

Best customer service

From my experience pop telecom has the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Great Tech Team

Superb!

Superb! Internet with our old provider was terrible- rather than resolve it they just wanted to sell me a more expensive package. PopTelecom have been brilliant diagnosing the problem, liaising with BT Openreach regarding the external line fault and communicating with me - JR at PopTelecom was absolutely brilliant - thank you so much!

All honestly don't waste your time with…

All honestly don't waste your time with these poor of waste of company less then 24 hours they cancel my order over a sake £12.50 such scummy people stay far away aint worth your time and day scammer by look of it trying charge you for something you ain’t even used or got box for the WiFi yet scammer honestly disgusting poor customer service STAY AWAY they expect me wait other 10 days to go live when it ment be today these people are vile and rude has well stay well away from duty sh***t

The land line went totally dead

The land line went totally dead ! Contacted POP
where Joe as very helpful, Open Reach arrived and
found that the fault was an open joint some distance
from my property this was quickly rectified and all back to normal, excellent service

The Customer Service From this company…

The Customer Service From this company was absolute spot on 5/5 from everything, sign up process was so simplified and smooth streamlined, keep up the Good Work everyone, a company I definitely recommend joining. I can see them excelling as they’re genuine and helpfull.

Force me to early termination

TLDR: They cannot provide service in my new apartment and they force me to tell them I need to early terminate my contract.

whole story: I am moving to a new apartment within UK. Unluckily, my new apartment is not covered by the service and then the customer service told me the only option I have is to early terminate my contract and pay the early termination fee. I said okay, if this what I have signed in the contract, but I need to go through the terms and conditions again. There is no mention at all of what is the procedure if my new address is not covered. So I called them back to argue. Your dearest colleague refered me of Section 10, 32, and 33. Section 10 said if I am moving I need to inform them in advance and they are not liable for interupt occured due to moving; Section 32 said if I want to terminate early, I need pay the feel. And 33 said if POP's supplier cannot provide service, they will end my contract. I said okay, if you mentioned these tell me which one I am applied to? so in this case, since you cannot provide me service, you want to end my service? and they kept denying. Then I asked what other options? They said since I am not longer living there, the service must stop.

This is very very annoying. Everyone knows what are you playing! I am moving within the UK and you failed to provide service and dont want to take any responsibilities. Now, you want me to "willingly" terminate my contract.

ordering new connection

This only relates to initial request for service from sales support agent Kelvin, after days of trying to find what was relevant to me and not getting response to requests. I used the chat service with Kelvin followed by a call. Very efficient and clear response to all my questions, which only took minutes; no wait time. I hope this bodes well for the installation and ongoing service.
