Had a small hiccup with the Windows 11 Home key I purchased (it didn't work), and I emailed the support team (at midnight on Christmas Eve, no less!!!); I had a response with 10 minutes of some things to try (which I did, but to no avail). So far I have bought 2 licenses. A license for windows 11 OEM 2 months ago and a retail license today for win 10. Very affordable prices compared to other promoted sites.
