I was quite concerned when my order was taking an extraordinary long time to be delivered. The problem was bad weather. I wrote twice to Customer Service who promptly answered & followed up on my concern. I would especially like to thank Chandler, who followed up twice with me to inform me of the progress of my delivery and then to ensure it arrived & asked if I had any questions. I would truly recommend Prep Sportswear to anyone looking to place school apparel orders. Thank you. 😊
Do not buy anything from this company. The picture of the sweatshirt I ordered had green font; when the sweatshirt arrived, the font was blue. I contacted customer service, and they wouldn’t give me a refund, even though they sent me a sweatshirt that didn’t look like the one I purchased. They told me the font color was correct, even though I had a receipt with a picture of what I bought, and what I bought was still pictured on their website with green font. Complete waste of money, and completely unethical company.

I was very disappointed that I was not to purchase a Black tshirt, as that color was reportedly sold out.
That said, I love the white I purchased and am pleased with how it looks (logo, uniform #, and last name)

Haven’t received my order in over 3 weeks. Reached out to customer service (Only available through chat. No phone number or email address listed.) The rep was incredibly dismissive and demeaning in his conversation with me. I would never order from them again due to this and would recommend others to use caution when doing so as well.

I never received the sweatshirt I ordered for my Dad. I reached out to customer service and was initially greeted by AI. But as I pleaded my case, a human (Greg S) stepped in and provided me with an immediate remedy, as well as kindness as I shared about my Dad’s situation. No return policy!!! They printed extra words on a shirt that cost $50 and don't accept returns. Their fault. Buyer beware they are not a reputable company to not allow returns on their mistakes.
