Great products, very affordable and good quality. PS, get rid of Evri as a delivery company if you want happier customers, they are a terrible company full of lies. They said they attempted delivery 3 times, but didn't ring my door once. It then got reassigned to DPD who delivered it 1st time with no issues.

I have just recently purchased the Professional Stainless Steel Shallow Casserole Dish Lid 24cm 3.6L for my daughter as I have one and absolutely love it! It's the most versatile pan I have and it washes like new with each wash. My daughter always comments on it whenever she visits, so it was a gift for her new home.

Bought a four slice toaster & kettle, didn't realise how bad my last toaster was until I started using the proCook one. You can actually get a full slice of bread in it & it cooks evenly no more turning bread to toast both ends. The kettle is great, not much you can say regarding boiling water, overall a great buy �
Had to travel to Ashford to buy as ordered on Wednesday for next day delivery on line but by Friday night no delivery received!! Contacted customer services to be told warehouse problem and goods not dispatched!!! No email to advise of supposed problem or apology for non delivery so had to make 50 mile round trip to get my order!!! Very disappointing, crap service but store saved the day!

Lovely pro cook shop at Gretna outlet. Nice helpful and friendly staff. A very good range of cookware. And accessories. Really pleased with my ProCook top opening 12 function Air fryer. Have told my family and friends how good l am finding it.

- pan set: which you replaced FoC after 2 years as all the outside black paint/enamel came off in dishwasher and same happening agin after 18 :(
- procook, grey. crockery set, again some discolouring in dishwasher and they chip easily.

Great set of pans just what I need had a set before so I know they are good easy to clean even after I have burnt the dinner after forgetting about them.

Made order, given tracking number, no delivery. When contacted customer services they said items no longer in stock and no date for new stock. No communication, no apology. Won't be using again and recommend that no one lese does. Very poor service. If I could have given less than one star, I would have.
