Went in to buy a cast iron griddle plate for an induction hob, your colleague confirmed my choice and also confirmed why the reversible alternative would not work. She also gave some advice on the best way to use the griddle as well as how best to care for it. Friendly and customer focused.
Popped in for a ceramic dish and was really pleased with the choice and uniqueness of designs. Excellent quality with all the benefits of being dishwasher/oven/freezer/microwave safe. Fantastic price and staff were attentive and super helpful.

I had previously purchased saucepans and cookpots from ProCook shops but living in Cornwall this is only possible when visiting friends so now shop on line.Everything I have purchased has been excellent even my husband has made comments about the scissors I recently purchased together with the tea towels and oven gloves which look a lot more expensive than the price paid. Only negative is having to pay P/P and recently had a code for free P/P but order went to quick pay and no where to put code! this is a minor blip as the goods arrive quickly and e mail updates are sent so I will still continue to look and purchase kitchen requirements from ProCook first.

Top quality products, with a excellent delivery service , plus a 50% off January sale......! Can't ask for more than that! I ordered a six set of kitchen knives x30's and they are wonderful to use. My steak knife set I ordered too are a great quality product, overall I am very happy and will be using Pro Cook again in the future.

Ordered three items, a wine cooler, a muffin tray and a spring tin. All three items arrived in a well packaged box. I will use the wine cooler, the Muffin tray (for Yorkshire Puds) and the cake tin for a Bailey's cheesecake today for a family Sunday lunch. Broken three of my New Year's resolutions in one day! All items are of the highest quality and great value for money. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

I like the straining holes, the feel of the handles, and the very first time I used the smaller pans I found things cooked much faster, I make a lot of soups and love the stock pots. I have put in two orders so far, and in both cases, delivery was free and fast, even though it was the christmas period. Thankyou ProCook.

Quality of products and speed of delivery excellent but it was a shame I found the web site very frustrating to use , I tried several ways of putting in the free delivery code but the system would not accept any of them . I paid the delivery but then had the hassle of claiming back the postage with customer service .

My order was sent on time, good product but surprise was spoilt as name was not put on label of parcel, therefore it was opened by the Hotel, not person it was meant for who was staying at hotel. Their name was on the inside under the product !! it was a birthday gift. Eventually all got sorted.

I have now purchased three cooks knives. A carving knife and fork, a chef's knife and a Santoku.
The Santoku is brilliant, exceptionally sharp and is my clear favourite for general food preparation.
For some reason I cannot understand the chef's knife does not cut as well. The carving knife is fine and all are good value when you compare the price with the top makes.

I ordered a cookware set which arrived the following day as expected. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process with emails. One of the products were incorrect so after speaking with customer services, they happily sent out the correct item and let me keep the original one as a complimentary gift - marvellous!

Ordered 6 various pans from the "Gourmet Stainless Steel" range via the internet site,
the pans were delivered early the next morning in good order (extremely well packed, in fact the best ever) each pan & lids individually bagged and undamaged, they look really well made & stylish.
Unfortunately we are unable to use the pans as we are awaiting for a new induction hob to be delivered (which was ordered at the same time as the pans)
I will have to update my review once we have used the pans!
