Purolator or Poor later or Pure later should be rated Z E R O star. They are the worst, if not the most horrible delivery service ever. Big liers on the tracking of delivery. I don't know why companies still use their services. HORRIBLE services.

Worst logistical company in Canada, and yep! 91% owned by Canada Post. Another shit show! I've been waiting for a package since Nov 27th 2024. It's now Dec 30th 2024. I've been on hold with CS dept. For 3 hours and 17 minutes. UPS and FedEx are running business as usual with no weather delays! Absolute garbage service! In the future I will pay double and use their competitors.

The problem with how companies want to…

The problem with how companies want to deal with their customers thru chatbot and ai voice agent are not an improvement but a downgrade to meeting customer satisfaction not only with Purolator.
Here's my recent experience - my package got hold in their Edmonton warehouse for two weeks and the chatbots and the ai voice agents just repeats what has already been spit out by their website saying it's been delayed due to weather condition meanwhile it was just actually sitting in the warehouse the whole time for whatever reason it was just flagged as weather condition delay. I tried their chatbot and called and answered by ai voice agent and get the same answers I already see from their website without providing any course of action. Waited for almost half a day on hold before (nobody wants that to waste that much time) I was answered by a person and this people where able to locate and trace within a minute where the problem lies that the chatbot and ai voice agent will never do and can never do. So please invest in human resources at customer service for your customers sake if you care about us or our business and the businesses we patronize otherwise I'll start asking which shipper do they use before doing business with them as well.

Worst shipping in Canada

Worst shipping in Canada you might as well just drive to where ever it's coming from it would be cheaper and faster plus the customer support is God awful seriously if you like getting your packages with 6 months of ordering DO NOT USE PURLATOR

Pathetic company

Well I too am still waiting for a parcel purchased on November 28. I had the same message-missed connection. I would give this company a zero too if I could. Don’t call them. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours and finally hung up. Customer service is awful.

I understand why Purolator has the best…

I understand why Purolator has the best customer service reps I have spoken to this season, it's because they rely heavily on them to balance out the horrible delivery service they provide. I am not sure why IKEA uses them, but I had 2 shipments sent by IKEA. Shipment 1 delivered in BC, but I live in AB and my address clearly says so. They even have signature proof! I contact IKEA, they redo the shipment for pick up this time. 2 days after picking up from the store, miraculously Purolator now has my package out for delivery. They Deliver it, and I return it to IKEA.
Shipment 2 There is bad weather, where? IT's a normal day in Edmonton, next update bad address, called them they can only taker instructions from IKEA, spoke to IKEA rep who advised them to deliver. That didn't work, called and asked them to leave it at one of their drop off points, but the tracking still says "Address correction required - resolution in progress". since December 11. Everyday they scan the package with the same scan, despite being given the correct address, and being asked to leave it at a drop off point. IKEA now says, call it a loss, we will send you a new package, that is still awaiting pick up. This company is exhausting, and I love IKEA but will find an alternative if they keep using them.

Website don't allow you to add your…

Website don't allow you to add your phone number, chat never transfers you to agent, representatives can't see or add your buzzer number in apartments, I can't seem to add my buzzer repeatedly and they expect you to pick up packages 99 percent of the time. Don't deliver to disabled people and seniors, it's not a promise delivery.

They just don't wait

They just don't wait. I was at the door within 20 seconds. I have a 3 floor townhouse and cannot get to the door IMMEDIATELY. of course seeing delivery attempted-unavailable. Beyond furious!! Now I have to register to even know where I have to go pick it up. What a garbage service.

This company is full of excuses for why…

This company is full of excuses for why they don't deliver on time.

Package out for delivery 3 days in a row. I wait all day because I need to sign for it. And then at 5pm "delayed 1 business day"

Then I get "delayed due to weather" when the weather is sunny and roads are bare.

One package gets delivered in the morning only for another package to be put of a different truck. For the second package I get a "could not deliver, address not found" message with no attempt to contact me.

I wait on hold for over an hour for them to tell me it will be available for me to pick up possibly in 4 business days at a business in a town over an hr away from me.

That is just this experience alone.

Last year I had a similar experience and then finally the driver delivered my package to the front corner of my lawn. No where near my door or even my driveway.

This is the worst company in the world

This is the worst company in the world. Don't bother trying to complain, they don't answer the phones. My package was apparently tried to be delivered, yet my wife and ai were home and it was NOT. Instead a note to say we could pick it up 3 days later. Drove half an hour to finger out it was notat the address shown on the notice. They can't track it or cobmna t the drivers. Useless. Same the next day. Wasted another half hour drive each way to get lied to. So we scheduled re-delivery, today. Nope didn't happen. I had to stay home all day for nothing. Worst customer service ever....I'm not exaggerating. People.....take the chance if you want the biggest headache from your purchases or packages sent going missing, or lost. I will never use Purolatorever again. I would advise any other courier. I'm sending a friendly advice to save you headache and heartache. KB

Pick Any Other Courier

Just like anything our Canadian government touches, this company is incompetent and useless, pick any other courier if possible, including a turtle, a turtle would be faster and more reliable.

Purolator delivery guy in my area of st…

Purolator delivery guy in my area of st paul alberta fails to fulfill his job by delivering the package that was paid for that is why he has a job. 3rd time that this happens and he just keep on sticking notes on the fences of those who have deliveries for them to pick it up on a location that is a waste of time for us. I tried to locate the guy today and he is in a commercial parking lot parked wasting his time before dropping off our package at the drop off location. Purolator has no actions to these kind of attitude of their staff

They're as bad as the rest.

I use purolator daily with my small business, so I know what I see daily and when orders are coming to me. They are as bad as the other shipping companies, if not worse. I'll only share about 2 recent instances of the possible 200. Shipping to a customer in NB, paid for 2 day shipping, took 8 days and they dropped it off at the wrong house. And for myself, a set of tires coming from Ontario, purolator has had them now 17 days on a 4 day shipment. The last 11 days has been sitting somewhere due to "weather". I can see 3 extra days NOT 11 and it's still there!!!
