I have never experienced such disrespect in my life as I did today with Shire Leasing. Kenya is the rudest and most aggressive person I have ever dealt with. She threatened to cancel my service immediately and charge me for five years if I didn't sign a direct debit mandate right away. This is the kind of customer service you have nightmares about. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

This company provides finance for Frozen Brothers Ltd. Whether the supplied goods are working or not they take no responsibility for providing a working product. The supplier is notoriously corrupt and does not provide the services required.
Currently going to court because shire want payment for goods that are in possession of the supplier. Furthermore have set up the contract in the incorrect name.

Aggressive and Threatening Staff, Terrible Service

I have never experienced such disrespect in my life as I did today with Shire Leasing. Kenya is the rudest and most aggressive person I have ever dealt with. Be Aware….Avoid…..Borderline scam…

Be Aware….Avoid…..Borderline scam company….I’ve had to start process of suing this company for harassment and I urge everyone to do the same…
An amount was agreed for finance, month to month payments going as normal, all of a sudden an insurance premium got added that I never signed for nor agreed to.
The direct debit increased by 25% without my knowledge. The direct debit got stopped (from their side) as we queried it. Two months payment missed, which I said I would pay along with restarting the direct debit as long as the insurance premium was deleted as my own insurance covers the equipment. They refused this and now taking me to court for £348 arrears, return of the equipment AND the remaining £3700 owed. If any sheriff/judge accepts this into
their court never mind grant the order then i would be shocked. The equipment is integrated into the building work so would mean tearing down four interior rooms.
The customer service alone is red flags and i seriously wish I done my research into this company.
I never write reviews when I get bad service but this has got to be told.
This is a warning to anyone planning on using this company. I’ve been to hell and not yet back with it all. I’m not putting a review up because they annoyed me or just to give them a bad name. I’m putting a review up to warn anyone. Trust me. Avoid….Avoid….Avoid….

Look out for the hidden charges

Avoid this company at all costs.

There are hidden costs everywhere in the contract I had for mobile phones through ICE Comms, so check the small print very carefully

They charged me over £60 per month insurance which was not mentioned when I signed my contract !!
As well as additional payments at the end if you want to actually keep your phone.

Do Not Trust This Company !!

They are not a responsible leader stay well clear

This company is a bully, and keeps harassing you it has very bad practices. It is not willing to listen to anything you have to say, it is not a responsible leader if any social clubs would like to know more get in touch I have reached out to all my social media colleagues to get them to inform all of there local social club to stay well clear of the bully. you should stay well clear of this outfit as of yesterday date I have managed to reached out to 217 other social clubs informing them about this irresponsible leader, I raised my concerns and issuesed formal complaint. I have also informed the ICO about misuse of my personal data.
It gain my personal information without knowledge and used them very unprofessional.

Harassment - beware

A direct debit was missed 3 working days ago. Shire Leasing tracked down my daughter through social media (who has no connection to the business), found out her work mobile and left a message saying that she needed to get her mother to call them. Harassment and completely unacceptable.

Excellent Service & a quick decision

Excellent Service & a quick decision. As a business we have used Shire Leasing for several years for our Commercial Finance for equipment, vans and expansion. They have always provided a great service, respond quickly, and have funds available when they say they will be. We now only call Shire when we need finance. We would thoroughly recommend.
