I ordered shirts with the free of charge return option in case I choose a different size. Unfortunately when I tried to return the shirts and select another size, the store informed me that the new size is not available and they can't tell me when or if it will be available in the future. They offered me a voucher for the product return. But if the shirts will not be available in the future, the voucher doesnt help. So the only option was to return the shirts get my money back but also pay for the return which I wouldn't have been obliged to in case I were able to choose the other size in return. Very unsatisfying.

Inaccurate description of product
I usually like the products from this website a lot. This time I ordered 2 pairs of jeans but nowhere did it say they were slim fit. I hate slim fit & had I known I would never have ordered them. It costs 62 kr + shipping to return them, which will be approximately half the price I paid, so it makes no sense for me to go to the hassle of returning. Disappointed!

Not according to expectations
I bought 3 pairs of shorts in size L, which is my size. One pair was way too small, one pair was too big, and one fit perfectly. All were the same model and size L. I also bought 3 t-shirts in size L, and the sizing varied a lot there too, despite being the same model and size. The shorts that fit have been used for about 3 months, and they are starting to come apart at the seams. The delivery also took 3 weeks.
