We have this flatware for our beach condo rental & have found it to be sturdy, attractive & well priced. This is our 8th rental summer coming up & the flatware has held up nicely other than guests misplacing the forks. We wouldn’t reorder it if we were displeased. Terrible business. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as a scam. I ordered disinfecting wipes almost three months ago and, under the circumstances, cut them some slack. However, I called their customer service line to check on the order status and waited almost an hour on hold for a representative. Nobody picked up. Then I chose the call back option and it rang back immediately! However, it put me on hold and I waited ANOTHER half hour. SCAM!
I've used Microban for many years now to handle pet smells, odors from ailing family members, and just everyday household odors. This new spray has done a great job of not just masking but eliminating the odors, destroying the bacteria that generates the odors. It's good to know it's also protecting us from viruses too.

Ordered a product part for a carafe and talked to a representative who verified the items would fit. On receiving the items do, they not fit. Trying to return and was told I have to pay for shipping and also a 15 % restocking fee. Not worth the trouble, so beware when purchasing.

Poor Customer Service. The charger plates were not what I…
The charger plates were not what I thought they would be, so I wanted to return them. I called the number on the packing slip, but that wasn't their number. I was transferred to someone's voicemail where I left a message. Two days later, I called again and I spoke to a lady who made me feel I was bothering her. She gave me phone number to call and our conversation was over. I called and left a message, I have not heard back.

Buyer Beware!!!
Buyer Beware!!! The prices are too good to be true. I ordered multiple items from Tigerchef.com they never shipped it. On their website it just showed my order as pending. When I contacted Tigerchef.com them they gave me excuses as to why my order didn't ship. They told me they would look into why my order hadn't shipped and get back with me. After waiting another week I emailed them with no response. After 3 weeks I was finally able to speak with a customer service representative who said I canceled the order. They never refunded my money and now I am having to dispute this charge with my bank. I would advise you to steer clear of this company.

Disappointing
I was never notified of shipping status and had to inquire why it was taking so long -- upon asking, they finally reached out to the manufacturer and let me know of a delay.
Once my order arrived, alas, I only received one of two items I ordered, and it was defective.
I gave them 2/5 because I was granted a refund -- BUT this whole process and ordeal took well over 2 weeks for 2 simple items. Truly a disappointment.

Poor Customer Service
I am a home cook not in the restaurant business. This was my 2nd order from TIger Chef. The 1st order went well but this last order did not. After almost a week went by with no shipping notification I went on their website to check order status and there was no info. I requested info through their site and got no reply then sent two additional e-mails through the order status link requesting to cancel my order and again received no reply. Another request to cancel was sent via text to a text # provided on their website. Again, no response. Sent an e-mail to Cust Service that I got from the invoice on my PayPal acct last Friday and received a reply Monday AM saying they would attempt to cancel my order but later notified me that it had already shipped but the UPS shipping notice said "label created". Also the shipping cost was more than the cost of the item I ordered. Maybe they treat their restaurant owners better than those that order in small quantities. At any rate, their service was way below expectation this time and I won't do business with them in the future.

This is the worst company to order from. I ordered baking pan covers in the wrong size i never even took them out of original pkg. when i returned them i was told i had to pay for return shipping which was 60. 00 dollars on a 90.00 order and then a 15% restocking fee

RESOLVED - Poor customer service and mismarked products
I am updating my review as TigerChef contacted me to resolve the problems I was having. They refunded the money for the items which were not working for me, as well as the backordered items and I find this to be a very fair resolution.
The ordering experience was simple, the products are good quality and their prices are excellent. This was, I expect, a one-off issue. No harm, no foul.
I ordered the an 18"x26" sheet pan with a 25"x17" cooling rack. The rack does not fit the sheet pan. I called and was told that I could return these two items, at my expense, for a refund. The items totaled around $20 with shipping, the return shipping would be around $30+ because of the size. There was no assistance to get the correct rack for this product, just the ability to return it, again at my expense. In addition, I ordered some towels, which still haven't come, although it has been two months. Not at all happy with my experience or their responsiveness. I will not shop here again!
