Be aware that even if damaged tiles are not reported within 48 hours, tiles direct are not interested. I had a delivery 3 weeks ago in preparation for updating a bathroom. I checked the obvious tiles, only covered with bubble wrap which were okay. The professional installing the bathroom today noted 2 boxes majorly damaged
Contacted tiles direct only to be told repeatedly I needed to check all tiles within 48 hours. Can I question this policy as I don't want open tile boxes lying about awaiting installation by the professional who is extremely busy. Sadly, I really loved the tiles but had to buy replacements today to allow completion of bathroom.

I had a terrible experience with Tiles Direct and would not recommend them to anyone. First, the delivery was significantly delayed, and I received no updates until I had to chase them multiple times. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions.
When the tiles finally arrived, several were broken or damaged, and the quality was far below what was advertised. Despite reaching out to request replacements or a refund, they were unresponsive or uncooperative, making the entire process extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, the packaging was poorly done, which likely contributed to the damaged items. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and product quality. I regret my purchase and will not be using Tiles Direct again.

Needed one more box of tile to finish a project. TilesDirect made sure that the correct lot number was communicated to the supplier so the material color would match. They also got the additional box shipped very quickly so the project t delay was minimal. Thank you!

Totally legit company - you can call and talk to someone and that is reassuring. Tiles arrived exactly when they said they would but just a heads up - you won't hear from them until they are shipping. I had called in to make sure everything was good and on schedule and it was. The tile was less expensive than a local shop even with shipping. I would highly recommend!

Damaged Tiles

Great Tile Resourcce

Update: I got 2 replacement tiles Oct 1st, from the order Sept 25th, broken ones. Having Been told they could do nothing, they did replace...Thank you Tiles Direct.

I ordered tiles from Tiles Direct

I ordered tiles from Tiles Direct, it cost me nearly £40 to have them delivered and sent me the wrong ones. I rang so many times, nobody answers the phones, it doesn’t matter which line you choose. After many emails l got my money back. I would never order again from this company.

Your employees went above and beyond to help me when the tile I wanted was discontinued and Whitney and Sandy tried to help me find a replacement that was similar. All the tile I ordered fro. Tiles Direct came quickly and unbroken.

I highly recommend Tiles Direct

I highly recommend Tiles Direct! You get an actual person when you call them, and they are so helpful and pleasant! They were the only company that we could find who carried the tile we wanted to match tile we had used in the past. Ordering was simple and easy online, and their staff answered all my questions with knowledge and patience. Our tile came quickly and in great condition except for 2 tiles which they replaced immediately. Our experience with Tiles Direct was exceptional. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

Fabulous company to deal with

Fabulous company to deal with. Fast and efficient delivery but when we had a couple of broken tiles a quick email and it was sorted with excellent customer service. Thank you tiles direct. Not many companies have such great customer service these days.
