I had a great experience using Toluna! The surveys were engaging and easy to complete, and the platform was user-friendly. I appreciated how transparent they were about how many points I earned for each survey and how quickly I could redeem them for rewards. The customer support team was also responsive and helpful when I had questions. Keep up the great work!
The website design is appealing to the eye and so you do not get bored. However the page keeps refreshing and it is very annoying especially if you want to get a survey done quickly, or sometimes it takes you all the way back. I would recommend this to someone who has a lot of time on their hands and is very bored and doesn't have any adulthood responsibilities.

It's so much fun to take their surveys! It's so easy to do and you can get a variety of rewards after earning enough points. I look forward to getting emails saying that I have a survey to take if I qualify.

I start a survey and get told I'm not what they are looking for 9 times out of 10

So many times I start survey, get through it & then survey closes just at the end on me so no points. Have emailed Toluna but always the same excuse & they’re sorry. Waste of my time & energy. Also when getting email, click straightaway to do a survey it says the survey is full up.

You can choose how much time you want to put into the surveys. You can do short surveys or longer ones. I can not speak out on the rewards at this time as I have not tried to cash in my rewards yet. I will come back and update my review.

straight forward questions. didn't like the fact that pages are too large; I had to scroll to get to the top, end or other side of the pages. I would much rather see questions columns and headings fit into one page.
