The night before Thanksgiving, we opened our bench and found significant damage. I was so worried because even though we received our table months prior, we hadn’t needed the bench and had not opened the box. I was so bummed that not only would we not have it for Thanksgiving, but the chances of receiving a replacement before Christmas was probably slim. Kevin of the warranty team immediately requested for a replacement bench to be shipped to me. Much to my surprise we got it 2 days before Christmas! I absolutely love my Transformer Table (and bench) and TT’s customer service has been out of this world!

I was getting frustrated as I couldn’t reach anyone directly for days (it is the holiday season) to sort out my issue. Today I reached Kane and he was awesome - very friendly, patient and handled my shipping issue, sent me confirmation via email right away and assured me I would be contacted if anything else was needed. Thank you so much!!

There was a misunderstanding with the Sales Director which led to me purchasing a coffee table that did not match my Costco Transformer Table. Thankfully, Kevin from the warranty team was able to clarify the colors and swiftly organize an exchange in products.

Replacement Parts

The glides on the chairs have worn down and are scratching the wood floor, and they needed to be replaced. Your response to my dilemma was quick. Actually much quicker than I expected. Too many companies fall short on customer service. You folks can teach others by the example you set. Your service is very much appreciated.

I had been contemplating this purchase…

I had been contemplating this purchase for over a year now, logging in occasionally to see the deals, as a family of 8, I hated the big bulky dinning table we had taking up most of the space. I share custody of our kids and half of the time they are with their dad so I felt the emptyness often when they where gone and wanted something to be able to adjust to a smaller one when they are gone. After logging in for the christmas sale, I received a text from a rep that was supper helpful took the time to do a FaceTime with me and show me the table and answered all my questions and concerns, no sales pitch just truly cared about my concerns. If she would't of called I wouldn't of made the decision to purchase.

Shipping Scam

I was told that I would receive my table by christmas. I just received a notice that it is now pushed until Feb 14th. Yet, when I look on your website it promises the same table purchased today to arrive by Jan 24th. Sadly, I have read that some people are waiting 6 months for theirs. I could not get a customer service rep on the phone. I am going to call my credit card company about this feeling like a scam.

UPDATED REVIEW: I’ve attempted to reach customer service multiple times with no success. Despite leaving numerous messages, I have never been able to speak with a representative, nor have my calls been returned. The response I received to my previous review was generic and unhelpful, but what’s truly needed is real action. Honesty with customers is the key—something this company is seriously lacking.

Today, 12/19, I checked the website and saw that the same table I ordered on 11/19 is now listed as available to be delivered by 2/28. Yet, my own order isn't expected to arrive until 2/14. I find it hard to believe anyone who orders today will actually receive their table by 2/28. At this point, I'm highly skeptical that I'll even receive mine.

Transparency and clear communication about shipping timelines are critical. Customers deserve more than vague promises and delayed responses. Be honest about your delivery times!

Wildly-shifting delivery date

When I made my purchase for the Transformer Table on October 8, 2024, I was told ETA December 3-6, 2024; two months seems reasonable.
On December 5, as the window closed, I reached out and received a response from the ChatBot saying suddenly it would be closer to December 25, 2024.
Bummer but reasonable...
The next day, I receive an email saying to expect a February 14, 2025 delivery date…

They blame "disruptions in the Suez Canal, delays in US and Canadian ports, and the worldwide holiday shipping rush" but I'm suspicious how none of those were factored into the ETAs way back in October.

I fear the inventory was knowingly not available/sufficient and this was a ploy to get a significant amount of cash up front from customers.

I'm particularly disappointed because I was excited to support a local business!

UPDATE 1: They did offer 2 chairs as a consolation... which was indeed very nice though 0 information on timeline.
UPDATE 2: An agent told me that they would deliver the items into my home whenever it finally arrived. I was relieved because they are heavy boxes. Then, after asking followup questions another agent clarifies that they will not in fact ever deliver items into the home but rather near the entrance... Very mixed messaging.

I am very pleased with Transfomer…

I am very pleased with Transfomer Table. I purchased a table and bench in 2023 and received a damaged bench. The warranty department provided instruction for a return and sent a new bench to me. I love the product so much I placed another purchase for a coffee table in the same color (Siberian Birch). In late 2024, I noticed that I did not have the panels for my bench (I was supposed to keep them when I returned the damaged bench hardware but I believe I disposed of them with the damaged parts and didn’t realize it until I wanted to expand the new bench received). I wanted to get panel replacements and was told it was out of warranty. I didn’t expect my error to be covered and wanted to know if paying was an option for panels only. I worked with Sergio who requested the panels for shipment through warranty. It appears that the warranty department may be honoring this and are geared to ship the panels to me. This is over my expectations and I am stilled WOWED by the amazing service I continue to receive by TransformerTable. Thank you Sergio for your amazing customer service and I am sure I will be making another purchase in the future.

Transformer Table is hands down the…

Transformer Table is hands down the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a table on June 3, 2024, and what followed was nothing short of a complete disaster. They initially promised delivery by September 6. That never happened. When I called to check, I was met with vague excuses and was told the table was still “in production” with no clue when it would be ready.

Fast forward to the end of November—months after their original promise—they reached out to say the table would arrive by December 6. Surprise, surprise: that didn’t happen either. Just days before the new delivery date, they pushed it back again, this time to December 12. This company has zero respect for their customers’ time or patience.

Their customer service is a total joke. Half the time, you’re stuck dealing with a useless automated system. On the rare occasion you manage to talk to a human, don’t expect any real help or follow-up. They clearly don’t value their customers and couldn’t care less about making things right.

And let’s talk about their delivery service, which they completely misrepresented. When I bought the table, they claimed it would be delivered to my “room of choice.” What they conveniently failed to mention is that they meant the boxes would be dumped in the room—and then it’s up to me to unbox and assemble the whole thing myself. This is nothing short of deceptive.

Transformer Table is the epitome of bad business practices. They don’t honor their commitments, their customer service is abysmal, and their delivery promises are outright lies. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the endless frustration—don’t even think about ordering from this company. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Reply to Transormer table: I DID reach out to you for help and spoke to Abel who apologized that your company doesnt offer white glove service and ensured me I could put the table together myself. Very unhelpful.

Recieved my table, called Abel back at transformer table and told him how upsetting this experience has been and he laughed at me. I asked for a Manager and he said they would call me by the end of the week.

The delivery service whom they are contracted with, were advised ahead of time either not to wear shoes or wear shoe covers in my home. They also were very much aligned with transformer tables customer support and refused to take off or wear shoes covers. They said they would have to reschedule if I didn’t allow them to come into my home. I folded all my rugs so they could drop off the boxes into my room of choice.

Shipping Nightmare

Transformer Table cannot be trusted to deliver products according to timelines on their website.

This company practices by accepting payment from the customer after estimating a prompt shipping date and then delaying the delivery for months on end. There are a number of clients that have had this experience and it is disheartening that thousands of dollars can be deducted from accounts without any products or reliable delivery date being provided.

I was having an issue with being …

I was having an issue with being available for delivery and through the chat i was being informed that no changes could be made to the delivery schedule. So I called TT customer service and spoke to Kane, he was extremely helpful, he explained how the shipping/delivery process worked and even added two chairs for free, which was totally unexpected. TT has displayed top notch customer service! How ever that AI chat thing needs a lot of work!

False advertisement

When I ordered the table on Dec1, their email said delivery by Christmas. But yesterday I had received their email changing delivery date to Feb 15.
If I knew is going to take 2 1/2 months, I definitely won’t place the order

I really wanted it to work

I really wanted it to work. I had high hopes for this table. I requested samples in October 2024 and placed an order, put it on hold to take advantage of the discount they had at the time. We did this while I waited for the samples. Fast forward to December, no samples to be found. I followed up numerous times before then asking for a status of the samples. I wanted this table to host for Christmas but we wanted to ensure we had the right color to compliment our existing furniture. For $5000 we wanted to make sure it was the right color. I ended up canceling the order, I wanted the table but the desire not to do business with this company was stronger. Horrible customer service.

This is in response to the subpar response received. I was told by Holland TWO times and by customer service ONCE for a total of THREE times that the free samples were sent out. I have the emails to prove it also, I feel like they did this to get me out of their hair and not deal with me for a few days. From a consumer standpoint, the lack of planning, the internal problems the company is going through something for Transformer Table to work out ASAP and not used as an excuse for lousy service. I have no doubt the product is amazing, but the customer service is trash, the owner should be ashamed…. I would be

Please give me my money back

I’m deeply frustrated and disappointed with my experience. I ordered a round table set with a bench on September 1, 2024, and later a set of round chairs, expecting everything to arrive before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the delivery date was pushed to December 9, then to December 25, and now it’s been reverted back to December 9, 2024. At this point, I’ve completely lost trust with the company.

The lack of clear communication from customer service has made this experience even more upsetting. I’ve reached out via calling and email to request a refund for both orders but haven’t received confirmation that it’s being processed. Based on other reviews and my prior experience waiting two weeks for a support response, I fear I won’t hear back anytime soon.

All I’m asking is for someone to help process my refund quickly and professionally. Please address this issue ASAP.
